Bad customer service and add extra charges for no reason I wouldn’t recommend
DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY!!!! My unit got broken into and ALL of my things stolen! From personal momentos from deceased family members I can't get back to clothes, electronics and more. I 100% guaranteed I was targeted just because I was out of state. A police report is filed and camera footage gotten. No property manager from the Meridian, MS location has reached out to me, I've called the 800 customer service and spoke with one of those representatives. I called that 601-300-6644 yesterday when it happened and got no answer just rung continuously. I need to submit an insurance claim if no help is received their will be a lawsuit.
3 Weeks Later Update: 11/25/24 A representative reached out to me and finally sent the required documentation for me to fill out and submit photos as well as the police report. Submitted all needed documentation and have yet to receive a response or update from that specific representative, I have emailed multiple times with no response. 12/17/24 I called both the 800 and 601 number and spoke with a resolutions representative who stated she had no incident report number for me and not even showing my claim was submitted. I emailed the same documentation to the claims department directly. If I don't have an updated response before Christmas I will be filing a lawsuit that will be 30 days with no assistance for stolen property.
TLDR at the bottom cause this will be long. I tried to move in here but found out that my lawn tractor doesn't quite fit through the door. So, I called their customer service number to try to find a solution and was ultimately forwarded to their sales team and they were a great help. They found me a unit that was roughly the same size but had a wider door, and this new unit even had a better move in bonus rate, but it was unfortunately at a different facility (which will come into play later). They then sent me to their customer service team to close out my account at the first facility and get the money that I already paid to move in sent to my account at the new facility. They were also pretty helpful and seemed to do the best they could. Here's the rub, because I had initiated a move in at one facility and my new unit was at a different facility, their system couldn't tell that I was actually a new customer and wouldn't give me the proper move in bonus rate even though I could clearly see that I should be getting it when I pulled up the quote. I spoke with their customer service team several times to get it straightened out, but it seemed that they were unable or unwilling to untangle this mess I had found myself in. Well, since I already rented a trailer and had everything loaded up, I decided to bite the proverbial bullet and just sort it out later as best as I could, but I had a feeling that I wasn't getting any bonuses that I felt that I was owed. I did see a few days later that my account looked to be mostly untangled and that I had gotten what looked to be the move in bonus from the first unit applied to the second and felt that was good enough considering the circumstances.
Then today, I got a call from the district manager who had received my move in survey and when she read through my comments, took it upon herself to try to resolve everything. She was able to completely refund all charges incurred under the first account and apply it to the new unit, give me the move in bonus that I should have gotten, and gave me a call to apologize for the mess and tell me what she did to get it all straightened out. I can't tell you how pleased and surprised I was to hear from her and I think they've won me over as a future customer. I would highly recommend using their facilities since what they did was go above and beyond by today's practices of basically using beurocracy as a shield against making the customer happy.
TLDR: I had a rough move in experience and thought I wasn't going to get the rates and bonuses and some money that I had already payed in at one unit applied to a different unit that fit all of my stuff, but the regional manager really came through and made me a very happy customer.
We’ve used storage units before but the best ever is Storage Cubbys. We had a spot for our RV for years and when it came time to move, they provided us with mobile storage containers for pickup and delivery based on our schedule. Prices were always reasonable and the kind folks we dealt with were always courteous and considerate. Highly recommended!

I waited to leave a review, but I appreciate everything! I moved in June. The movers were patient with me. I had to move from Meridian, MS to Biloxi, MS. I waited to pick up my new furniture on the day of moving which was a bit hectic and not at fault of the movers at all, but they still remained calmed and made sure I got all my furniture before leaving
(Had to pick up from three different warehouses which was not planned smh). Nothing was damaged and all of my things were reassembled. We did have to wait in the beginning for a guy to bring tools to break down my daughter bed, but it all worked out, because I wasn't fully packed smh. It was extremely difficult moving by myself with my daughter, but they really helped to make the process easy as possible. I would definitely use them again if needed because the price and patience/customer service really made a stressful event less stressful!
Had items damaged and company refused to replace them.
