Overall it was a very positive experience from beginning to end! Initially, a representative from Sandhills Moving met with us to discuss plans for our move, photographed each furniture grouping and items we wanted to move and/or pack, and gave us a rough estimate of cost. The day of the move saw Sandhills Moving arrive promptly and work with great efficiency, so that the process was completed when promised. Our belongings then arrived at their final destination, all in good condition, with the final team of movers providing excellent service and doing a great job!

We were assigned this company to do our packing for a military move. This is our fourth PCS, so we know what to expect. However, we were completely shocked by how poorly our items were packed. Our items were packed without care or planning and thrown into the biggest boxes possible regardless of the type of item. This created so much disorganization as well as potential for damage! Also, expect items from all different rooms to be packed together. For example, dirty outdoor items were crammed in with kitchen items and canned goods. We had tons of damage from this move, more than ever before. If things weren’t broken, they were so crushed or bent out of shape that they’re unusable. It was completely unacceptable and we definitely expect much better.

After our last move I was very skeptical to hire another moving company. Carolina Moving Solutions assured me that using their services would be different. They were right! What a fabulous experience! Prompt, professional and amazing from beginning to end. I loved the crew Brian sent and recommend them to anyone in the Pee Dee! I am posting this review on behalf of my mom because she is too nice to blast a company that deserves it, however, I am not. This was a conversation between my mom and the owner of the company regarding her refrigerator which was dented and scratched during her move. I also called the company and the owner denied even completing a job for my mom in order to avoid the situation entirely. Cowardly. "I'm done with this matter." Really? Very rude and unprofessional.

They hit all the HIGH marks - the men had positive attitudes, they were careful moving the furniture and I would hire them again without hesitation - they exemplified the term PROFESSIONALS!! Thank you!!

Was very skeptical after reading reviews but since the military was moving me, I thought I would see how it went. That was a huge mistake. The movers were never on time, broke things, asked us if we wanted to sell things, and even asked me to sign paperwork saying nothing was damaged. They told us they wouldn't pack liquids, I get that, but they sure packed my husbands open alcohol. We are also having to go back and get things they missed packing. In my 24 years, this was the worst move by far! Please if you value your things, ask for another company.
