Buffy and Jeff were awesome with packing our stuff!! So sweet and funny and got things done so fast.

Very polite customer service and movers. The movers worked efficiently, and they handled the furniture (which included family antiques) very carefully. I would recommend this company to others and use their service again if it’s ever needed. Thank you, guys!

Great group of guys that assisted with my move on 5-2-20. They made sure they protected my furniture from any damage. Very professional and efficient. Would highly recommend them for your next move.

We recently hired to move to s from our apartment on the 3rd floor and they got everything loaded a lot faster than what I thought. They also assembled and arranged everything in our new home just how and where I wanted it. Moving is stressful enough but they really took all the stress away in what would have taken at least a week to move and get settled in I was able to do in one day. Thank you very much in a job well done.

Great place to work treat you like family

This is probably the worst moving experience that I have ever had. There were probably eight to ten guys that showed up. They were moving everything so quickly that I could not watch as to what was going on. After they left I have continued to find things they banged up and ruined so much of my furniture, pictures and other items. I am just sick to my stomach. I am going through a terrible separation and have no money to replace it repair the destroyed items. I had to help my husband move to his new home and he used Two Men and a Truck they were so conscientious and took care of all of his items. I am so sorry that I did not think of using them for my move. If you want your items to arrive at your new home in good condition please do not use Fidelity Movers.

Not a good company, they do t eespo d to phone calls. I would not recommend for any move.

HORRIBLE!!! They were hired by the gov’t to complete my military move. Multiple items damaged and destroyed including a brand new dresser and lost the screws to my desk. Initial settlement for damages gave very minimal compensation including a replacement value, which was half of what my desk was worth. Contacted Clara Barnett. I told them I didn’t just want minimal money but would like my desk repaired and my new dresser replaced. She agreed and stated they would take my old dresser for salvage. A new settlement was sent to me with no mention of replacing my dresser and exactly HALF the original settlement. Ms. Barnett denied stating they would replace my new dresser and stated the first offer is no longer available. I refused the offer again for reconsideration based on what I was told over the phone. No change. They refuse to answer the requests by Better Business Bureau and Angie’s List. Military members ARE allowed to request a different carrier. I would highly consider this incident when choosing a mover.
