I like the fact that I have access to my unit 24/7, so many places close at 6 or 7,it's really hard to get off work at 5, have supper and change out of work clothes and still be able to make it in time, even 8:00 is still too early for me!

Flawless move of our hurricane damaged household contents. Absolutely no damage to contents moved or the newly refinished walls and hardwood floors. Move included three 2nd story bedrooms, and every item moved was placed exactly where we asked in the house. Time and charge were both less than i expected. I am retired military and have seen many, many moves, and never one any better than this one. Extremely thankful for the endorsement of DINI storage! You won't find better anywhere around here.

Experienced severe theft. Broken furniture & appliances. Friendly laborers. ? Unorganized & irresponsible. Complaints rudely ignored by management. Sadly disappointed by untrustworthiness. Unprofessional & appeared ghetto. Doesn't seem legitimate nor insured. Poor customer service. Felt disrespected, violated & traumatized.

I hated living here and trying to move out was horrible with the way all the other businesses are ran in this town but I’m not joking these guys did so great! This was seriously the most kind and knowledgeable moving crew I have dealt with and I’ve dealt with a lot lately. They wrapped things that weren’t wrapped and had their own supplies when I ran short. Best money ever spent and I honestly don’t think they charge enough. Such a light during a really stressful week!
