We had a great experience with John's moving company as we moved into our new home. We chose John's by way of a friend's referral (we used another company in 2019 to move into an apartment while kicking off a home build, but that company left minor furniture damage and nicks on the walls - leading us to a choose a different company when moving once the home build was complete this year - 2020, so we chose John's per the referral). John's did not disappoint! The crew was right on time, moved faster than estimated, took care of our furniture and our walls, and the crew was very pleasant and professional. Kudos to John's and to Ryan, Stan, and Jameson for a job well done - Thank you!

Enjoyed the flexibility of their scheduling and the way their payment system is set up. If you are prepared for the movers when they show up, the move quickly and carefully, making quick work of whatever move you are doing. Ensure that you review the quotes sent to you and make sure the service you requested is what is received the date of the move.

Fofo and Charles did a fantastic job moving in my furniture and belongings. They were prompt, professional, took extreme care with my belongings and really went above and beyond to make this move as smooth as possible. Not only did they do a great job moving in my furniture (including the impressive feat of carrying a 300lb couch up 4 flights of stairs because it wouldn’t fit in the elevator) but they were also kind, polite and innovative problem solvers. Fofo used engineering level problem solving to put together complex furniture pieces without instructions quickly and efficiently. Charles offered to break down and take the boxes out after we finished unpacking, which turned out to be an enormous job. Thanks to Fofo and Charles, I was moved in within the day. Their hard work and kindness made the transition to my new home a joyful one and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move in the future.

A relaxing move?? Yes, that's exactly how I would put it. Working with Adam and his team, I had little to worry about, and I was put in great hands. They helped us move from Cary to Apex and we had peace of mind that our belongings were taken good care of. I literally felt that I just had to point to where something was going. They took extra time and care to wrap things that I had forgotten about. Scheduling was easy, they arrived on time, and were very professional. We will be using them again in the future for more moves! We highly recommend using them! :)
