I had needed things in my apartment to be moved on a specific day in a specific time frame, and this company was able to help me out in a polite and timely manner. I moved from a third floor to a third floor (sorry guys) but everything was done pretty quickly :) When I move out of this place I’ll probably use their service again

Apartment movers were amazing. 4 Strong and enthusiastic men showed up with a positive can do attitude and move a piano out of the basement and delivered it to a very happy girl. Great job guys! Bruce Bekkerus

I'm really happy with these movers. The agent, Billy, was super nice and helpful. All my questions were answered. My stuff was moved from my studio apartment in North Dakota to my house in California in about 10 days. Only a couple of things were damaged during the ride to the shipping, but they were very minor. Very happy with their service and would recommend them.

I scheduled the appointment for the move on the phone with the owner 10 days before the actual move. On the day of the move on my way home with the U-Haul, I received a call from an employee. The scheduled time for A & D to arrive was 9:00 am. The employee called me at 08:15 stating they could not be their at the scheduled time, but instead could provide the two helpers at 2:00 pm. I was quite upset. After discussion about having the two helpers at 2:00 pm, or one helper A & D could provide at 11:00 am. I just cancelled the whole move through A & D and we did it ourselves. It took 13 days after the move to receive a refund.

Bad services

Former employee here with 8 months exp working for Kedney. First, they didnt hire enough workers to get the job done on time so we would have to work late into the night. Second, a few times our paychecks seemed short. Marla and Todd have very poor customer service skills and the warehouse is disgusting. Would never recommend

We have moved 24 times in our life (we were military) and this was one of the best. Because we were downsizing/moving to a smaller home, we chose to sort out and pack ourselves. Fettes picked us up/loaded and moved/delivered to another state. Their supervisor/driver was knowledgeable and professional. He watched over his younger crew. Their work was professional, timely and completed successfully. Estimate of charges was spot-on for weight. Much better than using “moving brokers” from the internet who grossly underestimate weight and cube to suck you in at a estimated lower rate!

I gave five Star movers a call 72 hours prior to my move, as it was an emergency move. We had an impending blizzard that was supposed to start 4 hours after the move. However on the morning of the move there were 30 mile an hour winds and one of the employees was running late due to the weather, I had the choice to postpone my move or to keep my appointment, I kept my 8:30 a.m. appointment. Despite the terrible weather, Cole showed up with the big truck, and was very professional, and very courteous. Highly recommend 5 star.
