Bayonne Moving Companies 2024

I started off being pleased with service on my departing end. The quote process was friendly and they squeezed me in on short notice for a long distance move, the guys who came and loaded were pleasant and efficient. Unfortunately, that seems to be where the good side ends. When our things were delivered, many boxes were crushed, including plastic totes, fragile items that were labeled were buried, smashed, upside-down. The driver charged me a "long-distance carry" fee, though the truck was parked at the end of my driveway. The driver did not leave a PAID-IN-FULL receipt - he only left another copy of the pick-up ticket, which shows a balance due, yet he would not unload our things until he had received cash payment for the balance. Since this time, I have placed SEVERAL phone calls to the company, as well as sent emails, over the past week, requesting a complete receipt for the entire process and everything that was paid (other than the additional $500 I spent in tips out of pocket), so I can be reimbursed by my company's relocation policy. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive this document or any sort of help or response from the company at all (other than yet ANOTHER copy of the pick-up receipt in an email with no message). I would have loved to give this company 5 stars for the first impression, but I would caution anyone from using them for a long distance move or anything that requires a receipt, after this experience. I would gladly change this review if only I could get a proper response and simply a full receipt for payment to them.

I was extremely hesitant and timid when signing up for a cross country move. You want someone who will take care of your stuff the way you would. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the service and the quality of their work. They were extremely efficient with their time, they took excellent care of my things, and they were very kind and helpful through the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with Stone and his crew, they were better than I was ever expecting. So happy to have chosen White Glove and so lucky to have gotten Stone as my point man today!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! THEY ARE RUDE, LIE ABOUT THE PRICE, AND YOU HAVE TO DO Half THE WORK! They have to be falsifying these reviews. The original price was 330 for three hours. I schedule for 8AM.... They arrived at 1:30PM. The guy then tried to charge me 60 dollars for tolls and 40 for gas. Hence, the move was in the SAME town and legit four miles. Greg then refused to put my bed frame in the correct room and left it in my living room. My dad and I disassembled the bed and reassembled and did it ourself. I helped bring belongings down and they had NO materials. WAIT it gets better. They did my move in ONE HOUR but charged me for three. I posted pictures and I’m reporting the company. I thought I was being punk.
