Movers were very professional. Had the move completed in 2 and 1 half hours including putting furniture together and in place in the home. Thank you for an awesome experience!

Dwight’s team was very efficient and took great care with all of our items. The move ended up being a lot more than they expected, due to massive difficulty getting dining room table and treadmill in and out. They took it all in stride and were very helpful. This is a very good Capital District business and all employees really prioritized customer service. I’ve moved 3 times in the area and Mack’s Moving is by far the best.

Great experience moving across the country. In an industry with little to no regulation these guys are by far the best moving service I’ve ever used. Great communication, up front about price and great service. Would recommend for any move.

Ian, Josh and Josiah were incredibly helpful and efficient. The job ended up being bigger than we initially thought; they were patient and stayed late to get everything done. Excellent team and service, will definitely work with them again.

I recently just moved from a small ground level apartment to a loft apartment. The stairs in the new apartment were extremely steep and I don't know that I would have been able to move alone, as I am 5'1 120 pounds. The movers (Christian, Snoop, Shawn, Rock) were extremely efficient and professional. The entire move was completed in an hour and a half - extremely impressive!! Will definitely be using their services again.

Well, while there Lyne told me they weren't going to be selling Movada watches but had a few left at half price, so guess what I bought? She's a good sales person. The worst possible nightmare occured with this company.... date scheduled, everything packed up They did not show up. FYI also 5 months pregnant at the time. Multiple calls to dispatchers and all they did was give me and my husband the runaround. Joe was a total disaster of a manager. Had to threaten legal action for weeks just to get my deposit back. Blamed it on summer hours, blah, blah. Not an excuse! Do NOT overbook! I have no idea how they have so many five stars since the Better Buisness Bureau revoked their accreditation and on their website they say BBB A+. False advertisement and a bunch of crooks Stay. Away They are frauds. Luckily another company was able to move us last minute.... use Liberty Moving Company that company truly deserves 5 stars.
