"Hire Personalized Moving!!!! You can trust them. This is was a great team and great experience: Price = They gave me really an incredible bid. They were less than half of a couple highly recommended companies that I was given by close friends. People = Really nice and courteous team. They were friendly to both me and my family. They sent (4) people. Most on the other companies were going to send 2 or 3. The job needed 4. If you have any less than 3 movers show up, it's going to be a horror story. One person needs to stay with the truck so u need at least 2 more to move the stuff. If you have a two bedroom apartment then u really want to see 4 show. Quality = They were very careful with our furniture. I was shocked with the care. Every person on the team showed the same care. You can obviously see that it's a company wide objective to take great care. Speed = These guys rocked it. Of course, it's to their benefit too but they knocked it right out. It was such a great experience. What else can I say. There are also the little things like: -> I called the day of the move to ask for a couple more hours and they were willing to wait before they showed. -> When I booked the move, I called them about boxes. They were more than willing to provide boxes (this is revenue to them) but the guy was honest enough to say that some folks get their own boxes from homedepot. The boxes were inexpensive so I saved a few bucks but I should note that they are not nearly as strong as the movers boxes. -> The manager of the team was a "giant" on the outside but a very soft friendly guy. Most important, you can trust these guys. I know this a really glowing review but I was just so shocked at how well this worked out. I have always been scared of movers breaking my things or ripping me off. Personalized Moving proved to me that they are people I can trust. I'm taking my time to write this because it was a great expe"

working with them was a great experience from the get go. Alex was very prompt and helpful in getting a quote and working with me. The crew, Kama, Aleksey and Sasha came early and worked non-stop. Very professional, respectful and fun to work with. Prices were very reasonable, and exceptional service. The crew even advised me in areas where they could help save me money. I will use them on my next move for sure.

Mr badry the owner moved me from Staten Island. While moving he broke several things damaged a perfectly good piece of furniture. He felt the move was too much and he convinced me to go the job in two days and leave my items in his lot. He moved my items to a large storage warehouse. When I moved in to my new home I didn’t use him because he was very expensive and damaged things while moving me. When I finally did move many items were missing TVs beds and s painting. My antique mirror was totally broken because of his stubborn miserable packing. He claimed he. Was not responsible I said what about my glass living room table. He said he has a glass table with glass legs in his warehouse. Till he finally was able to meet me he had a million excuses. When I opened the table I saw he did a mediocre attempt to repair what was broken. He is obviously uninsured because I called and begged for his insurance carrier. and when I call him he hangs up and is so rude. Dont ever use this mover. He is unreliable and incompetent and I’ve given him every opportunity to make this right. But if he makes himself unavailable there’s nothing more to do. And after he read the review that he requested initially he called me a liar and refuses to name good on the damages says all his insurance covers is 35 cents a pound. He offered me 35 dollars what an insult called a curse word and hung up. Be careful he’s a bad person it’s even in his name David Badry “Bad”ry. Thank God this is what courts are made for. Shame on him he’s an embarrassment to the moving industry. He gives hard working people a bad name.
