Used this company after they moved my parents . They were great! Came to my house and did a walk around. They were honest and upfront about furniture they were worried about and we took their advice. Gave me a quote and stuck to it, no issues. Did an amazing job packing antique glass and dishes. Moved us into a house with all new paint and not one scratch. They even picked up the empty boxes, so no mess or full recycle bins.

Discount Moving did an excellent job!! The estimate was preformed by mike efficiently. The crew arrived 5 minutes before scheduled time to get set up for move with two trucks and three men led by Rusty. After a walk through all men esp Rusty preformed work efficiently. Later a third truck arrived to load my shop. All work was completed in less time than estimated. This is one of best of over a dozen moves in my lifetime by professional movers. I highly recommend this company! With everything going on with COVID-19, they went the extra mile to make my family and I feel protected. From protective gear to paperwork screening, we appreciated it all! The crews were very professional and honest throughout. I can not say enough good things about Armstrong Relocation / United Van Lines. Will be using again!!

Summary: Team was punctual, efficient, and communicated strategy very well; however there was some damage to one piece of 3-piece sectional. We needed a three piece reclining sectional moved from a second floor apartment to a single story house, this was not an easy task by any margin. Overall the experience was smooth, the movers came and inspected the pieces to determine how they would begin the process and communicated what the game-plan was very well. The pieces were quite large and it was understandably difficult to get them through the apartment door and down the flight of stairs immediately after it, they loaded all three items and moved to the new location in a little over an hour total. The issues we had were primarily due to me not fully understanding the extra insurance compared to the standard liability; due to how the contract was presented I had just signed where I was instructed and trusted that all the "ducks were in a row", normally this would have been fine, however there was some damage to one piece of the sectional. Serenity Moving had reimbursed a significant portion of the moving cost to offset this, however had I gotten the supplemental insurance it would have left a far less sour taste from the otherwise great experience. I would still recommend Serenity Moving services, however I would strongly advice other clients to consider their supplemental/extra insurance before hand.

While this review is a little bit slow, this company was anything but slow. They carefully loaded my sentimental pieces as if they were their own. Thank you TJ, Gilbert and Jonathan for a superior experience!!
