I don’t usually post things like this but it wouldn’t be fair to not give a review of what happened to us. On the day of our move there weren’t enough movers so they contracted out 2more guys. Those guys were not so great. It took almost the whole day to move us. I’m talking like 8am-8pm. The extra truck that was promised, was not available so my husband had to go with one of the workers to rent another uhaul. Super inconvenient. Then, when I get to my new house, they had already unpacked the truck and most of my items were left in the garage. My husband was super sick but tried to guide them as to where to put everything but nevertheless the boxes were labeled and should never have been left in my garage. I paid for them to move me, not to have to move everything myself. Every flatscreen tv that I owned, (7total) was left in the garage, laying against the next, with nothing in between. A moving company should know better. (A 10 year old knows better) We ended up throwing my daughter’s tv away as it was damaged beyond repair. After unpacking and basically moving everything into the house myself, I noticed so many things that were damaged. My treadmill (was not cheap), was totally scuffed everywhere. My sons platform bed and my dining table (both brand new) had chunks of wood broken off, lamp shades had black smudges everywhere and that also goes for an oversized recliner, daughters white bedroom furniture, wall decor and too much more to list. The cost of damages was well over 10k Im not even exaggerating. We couldn’t even get them to pay the basic damage amount to us. I called and Randy said a check would be cut from “Atlanta”. I waited a week and nothing. I called Randy again and he said he didn’t know what happened but he would get another one sent. I waited another week and nothing. Spoke to Randy again and each time he acted clueless. He finally stopped answering (since the number is his personal cell phone). I kept calling and he accidentally answered once and pretended like he was a worker. When I called him out (because I know his voice) he hung up on me. Who does that? I’ve left numerous and I mean numerous, texts and emails for him with not one reply back. Keeping his customers happy is definitely NOT a priority. As I read other reviews I see I’m not the first one. This guy is not someone you want to do business with. I would say, you get what you pay for but that’s not even the case here. I can assure you the amount of damages to our stuff cost way more than my move from Tx to Oklahoma. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Word of mouth is a powerful thing. I cannot in good conscience not give this company a review. To be honest, I don’t know how this guy is in business. It was the most unprofessional, uncomfortable and infuriating move I’ve ever been through. His website is full of false advertising because they were not professional, they did not treat me and my property with respect or make our move easy. Sorry for the novel but this is actually the short version. Hope this helps someone.
Tim and his team are effective, efficient, timely and did an outstanding job. They have been involved with moving me on 5 separate occasions now over the past 6 years and I would intend to move with them again in the future.
We had a crew of three guys. They were so efficient, polite and thorough. The took such great care with all of my stuff. They wrapped and took apart everything even though we literally moved 2 miles down the road and then put it all back together with great care.
The guys were all so polite and worked their butts off the entire time. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family.
