Can't even get them to respond to any of my inquires to schedule a move. Used them before in 2016 and loved them so knew right away when planning to move again I would use them. Emailed employee directly over 2 week ago. Emailed again through website to general inquires still didn't hear back. Called in spoke with a person who just kept putting me on hold or asking for information I had already given. Frustrating and unprofessional. Disappointed in the way the company is run now in 2020.

It has been over 10 years since I dropped off a riding mower for repair. I inquired about it over the years and never any follow up from anyone. I have made it a point to never do business with this "local" entity ever again. Plus, there are enough YouTube videos out on the Internet for repairs and maintenance for any type of small engines.

My husband Jason and I just moved during this stressful quarantine time, and Doug and his guys at Appalachian Movers Transport were wonderful! They came with their masks on and were So speedy and efficient about getting our furniture out fast. I was amazed. All the crew were friendly, respectful, and efficient. We were in our new home in no time with all the furniture in the right place. Doug was professional and friendly to communicate with prior also, and made the process so easy for us. The movers were on time, professional, and FAST! They packed everything that wasn't tied down, lol. They moved us in, set up our bed, and even dropped off some stuff at our storage unit. Very gracious and friendly crew.
