Excellent!!! The movers were courteous, professional, efficient with their time and very careful with our household goods and furniture. They may be a little more expensive than the competition, but worth EVERY PENNY! They were on time and took scheduled breaks and lunches but never stood around wasting our time and money. I, hands down, recommend them...I can't say enough to express how impressed I was with our moving experience! They made that stressful day a little easier...even fun :)

Very professional staff and prices are fair

Moving as a family is a big deal. It is stressful, complicated and physically draining so you need a good partner if you're hiring help. We have done several cross-country moves and local moves, and we have seen the good and bad. My Movers is organized and professional and cost effective. We recently finished our SECOND local move (six years apart) with My Movers and both have been outstanding. Foreman/driver Brad even remembered us from the previous move. The office communicated everything quickly and effectively. The estimate was accurate and the crew was on time and efficient. They were very careful with our furniture and we had zero issues. I gave my endorsement to a realtor friend and will continue referring people to My Movers. We don't plan to move again for a looooong time but if we did we'd call My MOvers first. Thanks again! Underfanger coordinated the transport and oversaw the delivery of multiple furniture items from my mother's home in Washington state to our apartment in Springfield. The two men who moved the furniture into our apartment, Don and Chris, did a spectacular job. First off, they arrived right within the appropriate time window - no waiting around or phone calls with excuses for late delivery. Furthermore, it was rainy the morning of the delivery, so Don covered all carpets that would be walked on with plastic cling wrap to prevent them from being soiled. The entire delivery of ~15 items (of varying sizes) took a little more than 1 hour to complete. Bottom line - if you are looking for professional, timely, well-coordinated, responsible, and efficient moving services, look no further than Underfanger! My wife and I will definitely look into their services again!

Fair price, good customer service

We hadn’t moved in 24 1/2 years so we were looking for help! Fortunately we found Fry- Wagner and the wonderful team of Tom and Connie and Dave, Johanna, Lisseta, Eian and Mason the movers and packers! They are all masters at their jobs! Tom estimated the move with great skill and accuracy! Connie coordinated the move and called me daily to make sure all was going as planned! Johanna, Lisseta and Mason packed us on Wednesday with skill and speed! Dave, Eian and Mason moved us on Thursday and Friday with skill and patience and were very mindful of taking care of our possessions! We hope we are in our forever home - but if it ends up we aren’t, we will definitely be calling Fry-Wagner to move us again!
