I hired Alliance Moving & Storage for a local move of about 20 miles. After spending far too much time looking for a moving company and seeing so many awful reviews, I finally landed on Alliance and hoped for the best. The experience was about as perfect as a moving all your stuff can be. Getting the estimate took very little time, and the person on the phone was able to answer all my questions. Of the 4 estimates I received, it also happened to be the second best price (and was only marginally more expensive than the lowest cost quote). We had 4 movers and and a 26ft truck. Initially, when they showed up, there were only 3. I get it, stuff happens. The fourth showed up ~45 minutes later. To compensate for that they did not charge us for any of their own packing materials that they needed to use which seemed fair enough to me. It was impressive watching them work. They had the old place entirely cleaned out in no time, including dissembling furniture and wrapping everything that needed it. Once we got to the new place they put everything exactly where we wanted it and reassembled everything they took apart. They missed one tiny item that needed to be put back together, but no big deal. As far as I can tell, there was no damage to any items, and the move was the most painless I've ever dealt with. If you're looking for a moving company, Alliance Moving & Storage is absolutely the one you want.

Golan was very patient with me. I had to reschedule my move multiple times. They took it in stride and stayed in touch with me until I could finally set a date. They also moved me very fast considering I had a very difficult move with multiple locations. I appreciated their professional service and would recommend.

I am so happy I ended up using USA Moving & Storage. They were extremely responsive as my move date kept moving due to a closing being pushed back. They called the day of my move to let me know exactly what time they would arrive, which was in the time frame scheduled. The team of movers were extremely efficient and wrapped all my stuff up. I didn't have a single scratch or ding on any of my furniture. Even my plants were in great shape. Altogether I was out of my old place and into my new place in 2 hours. Moving from a studio to a 1 bedroom. I can't recommend them enough.

Everything was great from start to finish. Quote was reasonable along with good follow up ahead of time. Day of was excellent. Had Andre and his crew and they were excellent. Packed everything carefully but efficiently. Cut move time in half but still did everything super careful. Not a single problem.

These guys did a incredible job with a 3rd floor move. The foreman, Alejandro was very good at explaining everything along the way, and Mary Cruz even called during the move to make sure everything was going smoothly. This is the 3rd time we have used Elite in the last 8 years, and we would definitely use them again.

Just excellent! Jimmy & Mark were fantastic to work with. We will ask for them again. Professionals to a "T"!
