referred a client to them for moving services and I am extremely disappointed hoping to have the issues resolved. I originally spoke with a manager of sort who was going to have me let them in the house 2 days in a row at 9:30 am. I went at 9 opened it up and left the lock box separated with instructions to lock it up and put key back in lock box. I got a call around 10:12 am saying they couldn't get in. explained to the workers the door was unlocked, next day I show up 9:28 they're already moving stuff.. never locked the house up! now we're all moved and they took my lock box ($280) and key with my clients stuff?! what the heck.

Two Men and a Truck provided a superb moving experience. Good communication from the office. The moving team was professional and friendly. The job was completed under the time estimate and everything placed safely were it belonged. I would give six stars but five was the max. I will use Two Men and a Truck for any future move.

I had to deal with Matt Parsons for a claim of mine and he was very unprofessional and rude and seemed to be on something or just very tired. He took a long time to answer any questions of mine and tried to tell me that the movers did not damage my property (on accident of course) and did not want to pay out my claim. Every time I would call for him he was not in the office either and I would leave a voicemail to no avail. I have used south hills movers in the past but I hope I don't have to use them again anytime soon because I do not want to have to deal with him again.

In 2006 I hired this company to relocate me from Pittsburgh Pa to Menifee California. I paid over $16,000 to be stolen from, had my Pottery Barn furniture smashed to into pieces, my sons motor Scooter stolen, my husband’s grandfather’s WWII antique rifle stolen, my life being threatened by the movers when I confronted them! I tried calling the office to have my possessions returned or financially reimbursed being there was an itemized list of my belongings before they loaded the truck as well as after they delivered my belongings broken and stolen! I had insurance and they never reimbursed me nor did they return any calls or emails, as a matter of fact they disconnected me several times! PLEASE PLEASE DONT ALLOW THESE MOVERS TO MOVE YOU, I WILL CONTINUE TO POST REVIEWS IN ORDER TO PROTECT OTHERS FROM THE SAME FATE I HAD!!!

Look elsewhere- never ever use these guys. In spite of being a Veteran owned business (something we value tremendously) these guys have no ethics, no morals and are willing to take advantage of their customers at every chance they get. After damaging several of our “high-value” items- which are things we paid extra insurance on, including a new 80” TV, an elliptical machine, Antique dining room furniture, Our living room sectional and two mattresses, we were offered $300 in restitution. This was after not responding to weekly calls, and emails for over 4 months. Unless you want no response to your claims for months and damaged goods- steer clear

We moved from the US (North Carolina) to Germany with the help of Champion and we received great service. Everything was packed really properly and our goods arrived undamanged in Germany. The Team was friendly and all in all there is nothing to complain about. My employer paid for the move, so I can't judge the price.
