I hadn't moved cross-country since I was able to pack everything in the trunk of my car after college. 40 years and many possessions later, I was feeling nervous and overwhelmed at the prospect of moving from Santa Barbara, CA to Pompano Beach, FL this August. After being recommended to Hazelwood by a friend and interviewing 3 other moving companies, I opted to have Casey McCann and Hazelwood pack and move our possessions cross-country. Thanks to Casey and his team, the move could not have gone better. Their prices were reasonable, they were in continued and responsive communication with me throughout the process, and everything arrived as scheduled and undamaged at our new home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommended Hazelwood to anyone contemplating a move - local or long distance. It was an excellent process from start to finish.

The movers were hard working and fast. We have used Unique Moving and Storage for our past 3 moves and they have always been professional and helpful.

We are moving to another country and our stress level is off the charts! Until we had Ernesto, Carlos and Ramon show up at our door. I appreciated their phone call on the way here, they were here exactly as promised. Their professionalism, friendliness and knowledge were MUCH appreciated. The care they took in packing and moving items to the truck was always done carefully and very respectfully as it was their own item. We had them pick up our ENTIRE life's possessions from 2 storages, and 2 apartments all in one day! And they didn’t stop working WITH smiles on their faces. I’m still amazed how they fit everything onto one truck. Tetris PROS. Thank you WWM for sending these amazing guys to completely take our stress away and make our move to Costa Rica a great experience. I will definitely recommend your company to family and friends because of Ernesto, Carlos and Ramon!

Jared's team was professional, prompt and friendly. They took great care is relocating a baby grand. Was careful with the finish and moving into the house. Would use them again in. a heartbeat.

Keep in mind: THEY FLAUNT A BBB RATING WITHOUT ACTUALLY BEING REGISTERED WITH THEM. Great salesmen who appear to want to work with you. Once the contract was signed and the deposit was made I felt good. Then, a day before they're supposed to arrive, Joseph, the rep working on my move, told me that due to a driver needing personal time off of work, we'd have to reschedule my move by a day. Okay, no big deal. I then receive a call the next day from a different rep who tells me everything is on schedule and that I'll receive a call later in the day with a time frame for the movers to show up the following morning. I got nothing. Come move day. I ask Joseph why nobody has called me, and he says they will soon. Hours pass and I text him again. He says they'll call in a bit. Joseph stops replying. Hours pass, again. I spend more than an hour on the phone with customer service trying to see what's happening, and surprise, the moving truck broke down and that's why dispatch couldn't contact me. Luckily I was able to secure a refund of my initial deposit and will be gladly taking my business elsewhere. Maybe the moving truck broke down, maybe it didn't. Stuff happens. Regardless, I was left hanging for hours before I could reach anybody. Don't go through this company. They'll move your stuff but they aren't reputable or professional. You're on their schedule and make you shell out money up front before giving you the runaround.

Paul and the crew were fantastic. When I called and asked for a quote, Paul was even willing to come check out my place to get a more accurate idea for a number and in the end it was right in the ballpark. I even asked the guys to hoist furniture up to a loft and Paul even called to ensure I was okay if that extra time went over his initial estimate. These guys are great, and I’ve had really bad movers in the past. 100% recommend.

The crew, headed by ‘Hector’, was very professional and courteous. Hector was involved in both our move out (to storage) and move into our new home, 7 months later. They were kind, engaging in conversations with us. We were very happy with the service.

Manny and his crew were fantastic. They were efficient, easy to work with, and did a great job. I highly recommend them. They also work well together as a team, and everything flowed very nicely. These men enjoy what they do and do it well! A special shout out to Luke for a job well done.
