BUYER BEWARE!!! Our experience with Zippy Shell of Des Moines was horrible. PLEASE do not make the mistake that we did of entrusting your valuables to their care. Our household belongings were in storage with them for 7 months and when we took delivery, everything was dirty, wet and rat infested! We were appalled to find out that the two containers had not been stored in a secure, climate controlled warehouse as promised. Much of our furniture, rugs and other items were destroyed and the protection provided by ZippyShell is wholly inadequate! This business is not even deserving of 1 star.

Despite having a screen shot 'confirming' my appointment today, they have not shown up and their number is now out of service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. A better business complaint has been filed and will hopefully shut them down. It was Joey I spoke to, and am not getting any response from.
I recommend not to use Wright now Family Movers on September 2, I gave him a deposit to move me on September 10 at 10am at 9:38 he text me can I change my day told him no just give me my deposit back. He said meet me at my bank on Tuesday he never showed up. So I text him he finally text back and said he was at therapy and said he doesn’t give refunds back he canceled not me. If I don’t hear from him by the end of the week I going to Smalls claim court for my money
Over charges, you can’t access the storage, you have to pay every time you want something from your storage because you cannot access it yourself. Customer service will hang up on you if you’re late and you try to schedule a pushed out apt. Most of the reps barely speak English. They are not about the customer I had a unit they were charging me 600 even I told them I wish to no longer use them they offered to drop it down to 260 300 with insurance. Worst company to deal with if you ask me. My unit is 10’20. When I had them pick up my house they said it was a law to work over 6 hrs so they had to come back and even tried to charge me for that. Then employee himself told me that he had worked the day before for a 12 hours. They just scam
