I used Waters for my move in Feb-March. They seemed quite responsive and the pricing I was quoted seemed reasonable. I had all my belongings packed up and furniture broken down before they arrived. My appointment was at 10am, and the move was finished at 12:30pm. I was charged for three hours despite the move taking less than that, and they stopped for fuel/food. (which was roughly 20-30 mins) This was quite disappointing... Other than that they were very friendly, efficient, and safe. Nothing was damaged and they communicated everything well. I'd recommend as long as price isn't an issue for you. Just keep in mind it's probably going to cost more than what they quote you.

Stevenson staffers were accessible and easy to work with through the whole process. They took time to understand my needs and made a slightly difficult move pain-free. The movers were courteous and efficient. Great experience, would highly recommend.

We had all of our household property packed by Guyer and stored for four months while our new house was built. We moved into the new house and Guyer brought our stored packed belongings on November 22, 2019. Packing was very sloppy and mostly done by an inexperienced and young crew. Miscellaneous unrelated items were thrown in boxes with little or poor wrapping or notation on the boxes identifying the contents. We had numerous items damaged, clearly from rough handling and dropping. Some artwork was irreplaceable. For instance, two archaeological items whose age is about 800 years. They were irreparably smashed. The damage was only noticed, in most cases, when the boxes were unpacked. That process actually lasted about six weeks due to our age and limited mobility. So the story unfolded slowly. Furniture scratches and such were immediately noticed. The damage was caused by inadequate care in packing, rough handling of furniture and boxes (in or out of storage) and, in some cases, obviously by dropping.

Did not have availability after told them could not get semi to door.

This company is absolutely horrible. They delivered and installed a dishwasher we purchased from Home Depot. After about a month we noticed our laminate floors next to our kitchen were bubbling and water was leaking under them. What happened was they did not connect the water intake tight enough and every time we were running our dishwasher it was leaking under the floor. We did not notice this because the kick plate was covering it and all the water was running the opposite direction due to the tile we have in our kitchen. This also caused major damage from the water that was leaking down to our basement. Ruined ceiling tiles and our entire carpet down there. Filed a claim and they denied it was their fault. We had a dishwasher the entire time we have lived in this house and never had this happen so it was clearly from them installing it incorrectly. I warn anyone thinking of using them to find another company!
