Great place

I was lucky enough to select Coutu for my move in April. Everything went well without exception,, and I highly recommend Coutu. The team was well coordinated, took great care with my items, and were personable and efficient. I had a complex move with items in two storage units, and they made light work of it. I will be using them again!

Humboldt was great throughout my move process. The initial video walk-through and estimate were professional and thorough, the cost was about what I'd expect for a professional long-distance move, and there were no hidden fees later in the process/at the end of my move. My move coordinator was very kind and supportive; she checked in with me and was responsive with my assorted questions. The movers at both loading and unloading were efficient, organized, and friendly. They were also precisely on time in my delivery window. The movers at unloading were even willing to carry my (unfortunately too large for the elevator it turned out) couch up the stairs to my living room. Overall, I would recommend them to others!

The crew that my father and I got were amazing. Alex Garcia was a really great and experienced foreman. They cleared out the apartment in Weymouth, MA where I lived. It took at least a hour taking the bins, furniture, a mattress and trash out of the apartment. They even followed my father and I to the storage units. They took fifteen minutes to clean out the unit at Extra Space Storage in Weymouth and five to ten minutes out of the unit at Extra Space Storage on Oak Street in Brockton, MA. They used the carts and they took good timing at both storage units. At the house in Brockton, MA, they unloaded everything. My father had to carry the rocking chair from where Isaac's put it outside and he carried it into the house. Isaac's did a superior job at assembling and dissembling my bed. The crew did not damage our stuff at all, especially the rocking horse from one of the storage units. Everything did fit very well on Truck 150. The trash and a mattress was disposed at Isaac's in their dumpster. I am very knowledgeable about how Isaac's can carry household trash for free, except hazardous materials.

The only reason I am giving them a 1 is because the contracted movers were nice and tried to be helpful. We are in GA and we hired Correira Brothers to move my college students stuff in Providence RI from the first to the second floor. When the 2 guys came they moved everything except they could not get the sleeper sofa upstairs. They said they needed a 3rd guy to get it up. So we called dispatch. They were beyond rude. They first told us to cut the banister (its a rental) or if they had to come back it would be an additional 300.00 to move the couch. They said they tried their best. Now my son's couch is still in the old apartment. THIS IS THE WORST MOVING COMPANY( expect the 2 guys that came). They had 1 floater and he was spread between 3 jobs. Now I am stuck having to figure out how to get the couch upstairs. I would not recommend them!!!

James Pina is very professional & responsibe to customers needs. RA MOVERS packed up my very large kitchen in less than 2 hours for a very reasonable price & everything arrived in perfect condition. Moving day was very hot & humid but all 3 movers worked diligently and made sure all the little details that could help an older couple were done for us which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend them for very professional & reasonably priced service.

Excellent movers!! Moving always seems stressful. But NYC Great Movers made it better in every way they could! They were very responsive and clear in all their communications. The movers showed up on-time and finished a little early. They were professional, efficient, and careful. I highly recommend them!!
