The movers and packers on both ends were excellent. They took good care of my items, were efficient and friendly. Items of high value were handled appropriately and with additional care. The overall moving experience for me while stressful moving across the country was significantly eased thanks to your company's fantastic service. The delivery guys were very nice. It was drizzling outside and they did their best to keep my floor clean. They asked if I had felt pads for the table legs and took the time to put them on. The only odd thing was that the table had a center leg. They said that there was no place to put it in the center of the table. My husband and I felt that the table was strong enough not to need a center leg. I am not sure what we would have done if we thought it was necessary. I guess that we would have had them call the store owner.

So so professional and reliable! They handle all my valuables with care. They have handled 2 moves for me and 1 for my daughter. I’m retired military and have moved so many times in my life. I’ve always hated moving day, but with WRI it’s a joy! When this truck pulled up I just grinned from ear to ear.

Great movers. Two in home assessments, no hourly job quote, just a fixed agreed upon price. Responses to questions were prompt and thorough. Rob Grider did a great job organizing the move and was very clear on all the details of the move, timing and break down of price and suggested outside moving insurance. The movers packed a 5 bedroom house and wrapped all the furniture in two days. The floors and walls were protected, our valuables handled with care there was communication throughout the process. Special gratitude to Vernice, Reggie, Maurice, James, Kurt, Ben and Man. Phenomenal all around. I have only had disasters prior to this experience. If I have to move again, I'm using these guys.
