I booked a storage unit the day I was moving and I had lost my wallet the night before. When I arrived, I went in a met Kayla, the manager of this location. I was crying and I was a total mess because I was beyond overwhelmed. Kayla not only took me directly to my unit, but also saw how much stuff I had and told me the unit I rented wouldn't be large enough. She upgraded me to a larger unit as a courtesy and didn't charge me. I then left 2 chairs and a bed frame sitting outside because my son thought someone else may want them. I didn't realize this was considered to be leaving trash behind. But Kayla called me and told me if I didn't come get it, there would be a $50 fine. I showed up a day late to get the items but they were gone already. The fee was on my account already. Again, Kayla and her other employee kindly reduced the fee to $20 and I was good to go. I cannot say enough about Kayla and her ability to take a horrible experience and make me feel like someone actually cared what I was going through, not just as a customer, but as a person. This is something rare and hard to find. The building itself is easily accessible for larger trucks to load/unload in the rear. There were carts available. You have to use your code at the door and the elevator to get in or out so it's very safe. The climate inside is nice and cool not so hot you feel like you're dying like most inside storage places. I am very happy and will definitely recommend to anyone who needs storage. Also, the online booking process was SUPER easy. Took less than 5 minutes. Keep doing a great job! Team Kayla!!! ?

The managers at this facility were AMAZING.

This company came to help me out on a Sunday when everyone else was closed. I paid a fair price for some very heavy things and annoyances, and one of the boxes even exploded on us! He was kind, courteous, responsive and helpful. He deserves five stars and more. Thank you MD Moving and Junk Removal. I'll be calling him again!

Would not recommend this company if you'd like to know where your belongings are and when they will be delivered. The individuals who actually packed and loaded our home into the truck were lovely. However, since our things drove away from our house, we have had a very difficult time getting a response from the company about where our belongings are and when we can expect them to be delivered. We've been extremely unhappy with the level of communication between the customer service and the actual storage and loading locations as well as the communication from the company to us. I would not use this company again.

These guys were professional. Nice uniforms. However, they showed up 15 minutes late, but completed the job 25 minutes early. I recommend them to aTheir slogan is also catchy. Exquisite, efficient, Embassy.

Alway easy to get a trailer from the Belair Rd Uhaul. Quick and employees are very helpful .

Don’t waste your money. I was quoted a price of $1305. They were quick to pick up my items but I didn’t get them till three weeks later. Guardian subbed out the contract. I got a phone call from a company called Blue Diamond. Telling me I had to pay the $376 and when they brought my items, it would be an additional $9001 Clearly, I got caught up in a scam. When they unloaded the boxes they were beat to hell. The guys that delivered my stuff did so with care. I don’t know where they had it stored, however it took numerous phone calls to Blue Diamond to get my property. I even found roaches and some of the boxes. Do not use this service. They kept adding charges and I had no option but to pay them or I would not get my property back by the way, they only take cash or certified check.

We moved from Fla to NH. All went well for the most part. We were supposed to be contacted the day before delivery. I was contacted by IZZY about 2 hours before arrival. I gave him permission to access the storage unit. He continuously sent me pictures and video as items were unloaded. I was 1 1/2 hours away. All appears to have gone well and all items delivered. Thank you Izzy and crew.
