I got 4 estimates from different companies and Great Scott Moving was by far the most reasonable and the staff the most helpful and honest. Our move was complicated- moving a small pod to Arizona and storing the rest of our household goods. The owner, Scott, came to our house before the move to give us an estimate. The team packed the pod and it arrived in Arizona with everything in place and in perfect condition. Moving is expensive and stressful but Great Scott Moving made it much easier! would 100% use again and highly recommend

I had planned on exploring this company as an option and submitted for a quote online. While they were responsive, the called more than four times and emailed twice within a 5 hour time period on MOTHER'S DAY while I was trying to enjoy my day. When I spoke to John and made it known that was a little excessive, he was rude. I hung up. I won't hire someone who is rude to me...and definitely not on MOTHER'S DAY. -Sincerely, Mom.

Do not use this company to move. They charged massive hidden fees, even after several phone calls of assuring about the price. The movers took forever and at one point I found them sleeping outside in the truck. They were completely careless about property and damaged not only the items moved but the walls in the house! I called to complain during the move and wrote the company after the move... both times Bestway altered the events of the move to make it look as if it was my fault. I move all the time, and this was definitely the worst experience I have ever had!

This is a SCAM moving company. They do an over phone estimate which is friendly and nice. On day of delivery the crew who shows up is a third party (usually Russian or Ukrainian). This crew then initiates the scam by stating you didn't disclose certain items and its going to cost way more money now to move you. This is also the part they disclose they need payment in the form of cash or cashiers check half now and half later only (Another red flag). This i the part were customer service goes out the window. They pitch you off to there manager (not English) who states the same cash demands. Then if you still don't agree on all this they have Ed with Allstate call to bully you and threaten you, your family and any other way possible I can almost George Foreman guarantee you they faked all the positive reviews. The review by Barbara is highly accurate, even if you cut a deal or actually go through with them taking your goods they are going to extort more money out of you by holding your home goods hostage. They run the Moving Scam playbook by the same warnings BBB states on there page. They should be investigated hardcore as I am sure these cash payments for moves are not being reflected to the IRS! Bottom line: Move at your own Risk with Allstate Moving LLC
