B&T Movers were kind and courteous while moving our 3 bedroom apartment. We called them through a recommendation from a friend who moved with the company in the past and could testify that their prices are cheap and their service is fair.
We were moving long distance so the company minimum of 3 hours work time and one hour travel time did not affect us - but it is good to know that the company has a minimum of work time.
One thing that could have saved us a couple of dollars - had we organized all the packing materials ourselves we would have paid less. The company does charge for the packing materials they bring in - but this was also made clear to us in the initial phone call.
All in all the company service is fair and if you are looking to save money on your move I can recommend going with them.

Experience with extra space has been well as far as the location and customer service. Carlton is a really good manager/representative at the Newell location
While ESP has questionable practices all around, this location in my experience is extremely shady.
Starting with failure to communicate upon signing up for the location that they switched my unit due to a clerical error, cut my lock and locked me out of the unit. Then asked me to purchase another lock.
Then four months into my stay, they increased the rent and astounding 42%, (without notification, but later claimed it was snail mailed...but any other correspondence was via the email/the app) claiming that it was to match surrounding market prices. A quick walk next door to the competitor's site revealed that their rent was $115 cheaper for a larger unit.
Upon terminating the relationship with this location due to all of that, was told in person by the manager on-site on the 4th of February that I would be credited for the remaining days of the month once I moved out.
I moved out the 11th. She, while a 'nice person', immediately went back on her word. Apparently that is too close to the 1st of March for them to return money for the unused days, or for her to honor her word. When I attempted to contact the company, well, not only did I have to wait 48 hours (company policy) the district manager or whomever they were, was equally neglectful deciding to have the store return my call only to rehash they weren't honoring my credit return.
If my experience isn't enough, I'm telling you it's
outdated, poorly-lit, frequently in need of basic housekeeping, and lacking of resources. Frequent trash littered about the facility, rodent sightings (that's kinda...a given maybe) and the all too familiar aromas of urine that I became accustomed to.
Either deal with the guys next door, or stay away.
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The customer service agent told me I was lying when I told him that I received a better quote then he proceeded to tell me that I was a scam and he could hear something in The background then hung up on me. I’ve never felt so disrespected. This particular agent needs to seek a mental health professional it seems to be more than a personality flaw. His professional behavior was unbelievable and unacceptable.
