We just completed a move from an work apartment in DC to a home in NY, which was handled by me from NY. I could not have asked for things to go smoother. They kept in constant communication with me, keeping me updated on progress and arrival time in NY. Everything was exactly on time. My boss met them at the drop off location and said they were wonderful. They worked with him on getting everything where he needed it to be. They were great to work with and everything went smoothly and with minimal effort on my part!

Had one of the best experiences working with 495. Was relocating from DC area to Miami for work. It was a big move but they made the transition very comfortable. They came onsite to do an estimate beforehand which I thought was great. They gave an estimate and stood by the quote. There were no hidden fees. The movers were very professional, punctual, friendly and careful. I highly recommend using them for any move, small or large, local or out of the area. I was extremely satisfied with Able Moving. I have used several other companies in the past and Able is by far the best and most trustworthy. They show professionalism from the very beginning of the process with Jackie Kulick taking care of setting everything up. The two men that moved me were extremely careful with all of my belongings and made sure they asked me where to put things at the new place so that I didn't have to move them later. They were extremely efficient and stayed within the time frame that I was quoted. I would definitely use them again!

This is move #11 of a 22 year military career, and it was by far the best one I've experienced. Joe Moholland moving is the best I have ever seen across nine states and one foreign country. Their four guys professionally packed 17,000 lbs of stuff in a three story house in about seven hours, leaving my family to enjoy our last evenings at home without having people all over. Moreover, they were incredibly polite, responsive, and professional. They labeled all of the boxes so well that it was simple to get them to the right rooms in our new home, and so far everything is in perfect shape. I think this may be the first time ever I do not have items to claim for damage. I am a very happy customer!

Byron cage Robert and Carlos did our move today! Words cannot describe their awesomeness. From the get go of good morning they had a smile on their face throughout the pack and move. We have a townttown home condo which is notorious for so manyamany stairs but they did not complain. They spent over 12 hours with us and the words resonate in their actions as.they all say " we got you ". I would recommend them Inna heart beat and this crew specifically made our entire experience truly memorable and amazing.

Every single person was friendly, helpful and professional. we got a reasonable quote for a cross-country move and that's exactly what we paid -- no increase. Dave became a father just prior to our move but still found time to provide some additional info and to stop be in our move out day to be sure all was going well. At our west coast destination, the two movers lugged a huge antique cupboard up 17 stairs along with other antique pieces and about 170 boxes or other containers! We wanted to take a video or photos because we were so impressed but we were all too busy. They were impressive! I recommend The Moving Connection - Upper Marlboro - without reservation or hesitation.
