The movers I had were nice but took forever to move our tiny 2 bedroom house. I've moved several times with the same amount of stuff and it took half the time. I feel like my kindness was being taken advantage of as they spent two of the four hours standing around. They then proceeded to charge me double what I was quoted. I had to call to get a refund. Even after that refund I feel like I paid way too much for the service they offered. Many of my items were scratched or broken on arrival and they packed the packed everything horribly. Over priced for what service they offered and I would never recommend them.

We had an enjoyable experience overall. Our only issue was we didn't get a call beforehand to warn us when the item would arrive. Otherwise we were very satisfied with the driver, and all other communication.

I'm highly satisfied with Mini Movers. I'm disabled and had to combine 2 households into 1 and I also needed storage, fast! Mini Movers has been extremely helpful in my move and arranging storage, putting my items into storage and arranging them in to my request. The men were very efficient and friendly and I have dealt with Michelle in the office, she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the particulars in arranging my move and providing the best service possible to make my move as easy as possible. I would highly recommend Mini Movers for any move local or long distance. They have more than earned my 5 star rating!
