Bryan Reilly does not even deserve one star. The worst businessman ever, and a real crooked person. He stored my furniture and charged over $400.00/month. A year later when it was delivered to me was when it all started. A large TV cabinet was brought along with my furniture. It was not ours, but left in our garage Our furniture was left in the carriage and his workers refused to carry it in. They said it was too heavy and did not fit in the doorways. The TV cabinet was not even ours. We called Bryan that night and told him he needed to come get it. Three months went by and someone else's furniture still was in my garage, left. He cared little about someone else's belongings being dropped at the wrong address. What if someone else's furniture got damaged while in me procession. He did not care! He brought my brand new concrete table in, and his workers dropped and broke it. Bryans workers gave me a paper that Bryan said he would repair it, or pay for it to be replaced. Long story short. He did neither. We took him to Superior court and he lost big time. Besides all the damaged furniture, all the glass shelves in our dining room break front and TV wall unit was no where to be found. To this day the glass has never been found. We had to have it cut by a glass company in order to use each unit. All we asked at the beginning was for $1286.00 which was the price (we had the receipt since it was brand new) to be given to us to replace the table. After all the court proceedings and damages, we ended up getting almost $7000.00 for loses due to Reilly Moving and Storage. Bryan NEVER STOOD BEHIND ANYTHING. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. THE WORST and months of stress!!!!! His comment to us when he broke our new table.... 'what's the big deal, no one died'. You can't make this up. Trust me, it was a horrible experience!!! Shame on Bryan for never calling back or showing any responsibility for what his company damaged and destroyed. A NIGHTMARE to say the least!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We arrived here and Coral was super helpful. She took us around to show us what was available and how to go about reserving if we choose to go with them.
We went back the next day and she helped us with reserving 2 units and it was much easier than trying to go about doing it online. Super thankful to Coral for her assistance ?
