ZERO STARS, total scam, liars and thieves. RUN, do not hire, you will regret it. Horrible experience, basically no show on move day and did not refund. Nasty management, unprofessional and quite honestly thieves. While booking, oh no worries, we will take great care of you, then they no show, and ghost, stealing my deposit
These people are thieves and commit fraud. I have documents to prove it. Nobody should ever trust Puliz with ANY job or in any way. Absolutely the most dishonest business I have ever encountered in the past 50 years, across 8 states, and 3 countries. How the owners are not in jail is a mystery,
April of 2024, Sky Van Lines moved my belonging from Las Vegas to Texas. They said all the right
things for me to go with them.
However, once I received my belongings in Texas, there was a lot of breakage. Furniture they
packed along with boxes I packed were damaged. The boxes I packed could only have been
damaged by throwing the boxes as they were packed extremely well.
After filing a claim with Sky Van Lines for damages, it took them until December to send me a check
which did not cover the damages at all.
I also want to note here that the person in charge of loading the truck claimed that certain things
were not included. He made it very clear that I should give them something extra or they would add
a larger charge to whatever I had already been quoted and agreed to pay. Because things were
being loaded that day I had no recourse. While things may or may not have been listed on the
paperwork, the person who came out the last time before the move was made aware of all
items and said everything was taken care of.
I would never use them again and would suggest that anyone wanting to hire a mover stay
away from Sky Van Lines.

On 3/22/24, I signed the contract for the move. We were under contract with a house in the city we were moving to, so I used that as the new address. On the scheduled delivery date (4/1/24) for the empty trailer, the driver showed up 45 minutes late, which cut into our loading time - I had to call the company 3 times to get an update. The driver was nice and helped with the partition when he came to pick uip next day.
On 4/16/24, the contract fell through on the address that we had listed as our delivery address for the loaded trailer so I called Estes SureMove to put in the address for a different property that we were purchasing. I was told that they 'don't allow address changes once a move is in progress.' There is nothing in the contract stating that. Nevertheless, the person I spoke to said she checked with her supervisor and the terminal and they couldn't deliver to the new address anyway due to street access so I would have to unload at the terminal.
When I emailed my 'rep' to get more info, he told me that I would only have 4 hours to unload the trailer, rather than the 3 days that I would've had. When I asked additional questions, he never emailed me back. I worked everything out with the terminal, which was frustrating and inconvenient – paid an additional $300 for a moving truck for my belongings.
In summary: -
The empty trailer showed up 45 minutes late. When we only had 24 hours to load, every minute mattered
- The contract states 3 days of unloading time for the delivery address, and the website says there are discounts for unloading at the terminal. I was told on the phone that they could offer me $150 off for the inconvenience and for the terminal unload. I would like that $150 back
- I was told that they charge a flat rate of $450 for the month of storage, which I paid. Upon further inspection, the contract states $20/day for the size of trailer that I rented. Therefore, I should have paid $260 for 13 days of storage, as my storage began on 4/11/24 and ended on 4/23/24 when I unloaded the trailer.
I have called and emailed several times in an attempt to get this resolved but no one has called or emailed me back. I wish I could recommend Estes SureMove, as I had high hopes, but this whole experience has been a disaster and I was overcharged by hundreds of dollars.
