I like the place very much. But your prices are too high. And everything I look you keep raising the price. I started at $89.00 monthly in 2 years it up to $ 142.00. Causing me to consider to move out and start at another place for a much cheaper price.

I never noticed this storage facility before since it is back off the road. I like it because it feels very safe and is convenient to the turnpike. Alana, the property manager, is very helpful and took the time to thoroughly explain everything. The best customer service I have had in a long time. The property is very clean and is well lit at night. Everybody I’ve met there is very friendly. Happy I store here.

We just had Digem Movers move us and it was a wonderful experience. I hold professionalism at a high level and they exceeded it. This is not a move company that just hires anyone. Every mover was professional and hardworking. Nothing was damaged. Everyone was polite and considerate. I felt safe having them move our belongings. Highly recommend!

Reserved a truck weeks in advanced and at the time of pick up they called me to tell me that they don't have a truck available for me. They said if I want to rent one, I'll have to go pick it up myself all way in Philadelphia.

They explained that its due to someone from last night not dropping off their truck, but that doesn't align with their promise of having 'a guarantee that the vehicle you reserved, or an equivalent or larger vehicle, will be available at the time and location you selected.'

Hope their advertised promise is kept if I rent from them next time.
