We hired Gasperson Moving to help us move our office across town. I called several movers before we decided on Gasperson and the combination of professionalism and their long time presence in Asheville helped me make my decision. The staff was helpful prior to the move (bringing crates and other items to help us with the move, telling us how to pack to help the move go quicker, etc.) and during the move. They were also pleasant and quick. We would use Gasperson again.

Very impressed with Gentry. We called them on short notice and they were able to empty our POD the same day it was delivered. They charged exactly what they quoted without an extra travel charge for to and from their business location like a lot of companies we called. We plan to buy a house and will definitely use them when we move.

They arrived on time and worked very hard to complete my move perfectly. They were very careful with my items, worked very efficiently and professionally. I had used Bill Ball moving services twice in the past with great results, but this time things didn't go as well. They moved items from the apartment my son's family was in and a large storage unit. However they didn't want to move items in a storage building behind their home until I called and explained that was supposed to be part of the deal. They came back and moved the rest and in the process knocked a hole in the living room wall. This was new sheet rock as the house was being repaired due to a house fire in December. The cost for the first part of the move was $390 and the second part was $220. I thought the cost was a little high considering everything was packed and ready to go, and all they had to do was load it up and unload and take to the designated room in their house. Plus he went on a tirade about the damage done to the wall.
