Rodolfo, is the best at his job ! OMG! Let me tell you how wonderful he is, I have moved cross country more times than I want to remember, and Rodolfo was the most professional, hard working, driver I have ever worked with! He got to our house a day early to start packing and wrapping furniture before the other guys arrived the next day, he just about got more than half of the truck loaded himself! No other driver has ever done that, And where we were living is a very tight street with cars parked all over, he was able to get the truck pulled out like it was nothing! I have never seen such a great team like this before! Joan was on the phone with me throughout the entire process to make sure that we were happy with the way things were going. EXCELLENT customer service is all I can say! I will never ever use anyone but this company again! BAILEY’S IS THE BEST EVER I BELIEVE THAT RODOLFO AND JOAN DESERVE A RAISE AND LUNCH!❤️❤️❤️ Kudos to Rodolfo! And I want to just let Baileys know what a fantastic driver you have! Please reward him! Juan and Jason were the best. They worked hard and took great care of all our belongings (even a heavy elliptical) from start to finish. I've moved all over the country and this is the first time nothing at all was damaged. They were fantastic to work with and I highly recommend them!

They were quick which I liked, but a little rough on my furniture. We needed help with the fridge especially, and they ended up loading the really heavy ramp up against the fridge. We had to go back and rearrange so things wouldn’t get damaged on the long drive. They had to reschedule 5 hours later and then they were still 2.5 hrs late. Lots of damage to the walls.

We moved last week on the 22nd and used Rocky Mountain Movers for a second time. The team didn't seem to get along that well, some of the guys worked harder than others. They damaged the corner of my husbands desk and so he had to put screws in the side panel to hold the desk together again. They also had to go back to our old house twice because they forgot a water softener and then the refrigerator. This ended up costing us more for the move. Our first move back in 2013 was a great experience which is why we used them again. If we ever move again though, I would probably look at other companies, sorry to say.

Great service, very professional and friendly. They did a great job for me and went above and beyond their duties. Definitely would use them again.

Jesse and Chase were awesome! All my stuff was moved in a fair amount of time. 3 bedroom moved from a 2nd floor apt. to a 3rd floor! They didn’t rest until it was done. They busted A** and I’m thoroughly impressed. Will likely use again.

Casey and Ryan here in Salt Lake City were the perfect response to our needs. We were not prepared as I would have liked for a major appliance move. They had two units to move to different places on our property. In fact they found our property without any trouble (when everyone for the last 20 years always gets lost). They completed the job in less time than promised, even though they had to remove several parts and doors to make it work. Then they left the place immaculate. And they did it all with a fantastic attitude! We will look forward to using them again!
