Very impressed with Gentry. We called them on short notice and they were able to empty our POD the same day it was delivered. They charged exactly what they quoted without an extra travel charge for to and from their business location like a lot of companies we called. We plan to buy a house and will definitely use them when we move.

Turner moving and storage was selected as our staging warehouse and logistics provider for a product line show we did in the napa area, and they were amazing to work with. We had last minute deliveries with no head's up, and we were concerned that we would not have the products in time. Turner, however, preemptively suggested a solution where they would send a truck to pick up the units from the local carrier depot and were able to deliver our products on time! They went far above and beyond their requirements, and better yet, they did it with a smile on their face; I've worked with a lot of logistics companies before, and Turner has been one of the most satisfying and pleasant to work with. Appalacian Moving & Storage continually impresses me with their service. I've used them three times now and each time was perfect. They arrived on time and worked very hard to complete my move perfectly. They were very careful with my items, worked very efficiently and professionally. I had used Bill Ball moving services twice in the past with great results, but this time things didn't go as well. They moved items from the apartment my son's family was in and a large storage unit. However they didn't want to move items in a storage building behind their home until I called and explained that was supposed to be part of the deal. They came back and moved the rest and in the process knocked a hole in the living room wall. This was new sheet rock as the house was being repaired due to a house fire in December. The cost for the first part of the move was $390 and the second part was $220. I thought the cost was a little high considering everything was packed and ready to go, and all they had to do was load it up and unload and take to the designated room in their house. Plus he went on a tirade about the damage done to the wall.
