Movers Lake Stevens provided outstanding service for our relocation. The team was punctual, communicative, and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and the seamless execution of our move were impressive.

Great service but they end up charging me $100 more because of the miscommunication on their end. I sent out an email asking them to call my phone number half hour before they come, because we don't live in the address currently, and it takes us 15 mins to drive there. They ended up calling my partner's phone number which we don't expect. It causes delay and we have to pay for it.

Craig was super great to work with. Communication was clear and service was professional, no issues. Can't remember the name of my other driver that picked the pod back up, but he was also superb. I expected to have to go outside and ask a neighbor to move their vehicle, but he didn't need any assistance and had the pod picked up before I realized he had arrived. 10/10 thank you for making our move a success!

Disclaimer: We weren't able to place an order with GLBC due to our very short timeline, but I had the opportunity to work with Ian and Jeff on building our quote. They were both kind, extremely responsive, and professional, despite the chaotic and nearly impossible nature of our project.

We had reached out to a few other box companies and they were the only ones who asked about our project in immense detail to ensure their product was a good fit. I also pinged Jeff throughout the day with questions, which he happily answered almost instantly.

It's rare to come across individuals like this who care about things beyond the sale. I will 1000% be reaching out to GLBC for future projects as well as refer them to friends and family.

Josie is such a great person, she was friendly and helpful finding our unit and getting everything sorted out. The facility is clean and easy to navigate.

This was a great experience. I reached out about 2-3 weeks ago for this company to move my daughters. Mosie was nice and helpful. He kept in contact over the weeks to make sure everything was good to go. He texted the day before to confirm the time. He was punctual. He came in assessed the move and got to work, him and his partner took very good care of the items, they took apart the the furniture and wrapped up things. Once they got to the new place they brought everything up and put it back together.. They did a great job and I will definitely use them again and refer them to anyone that needs a mover !

FORTEX is a great moving company, very prompt and packing and unpacking was quick and easy. Very impressed and would recommend and use again!

Raised the price twice knowing I wasn't a bind and could not do anything but pay it. Left multiple things behind. Broke two t v's and all four legs on my dining room table. Completely scratched up my server table. Said he would take care of everything that never did. Rude and just respectful.
