My husband contacted Olympic Moving & Storage about obtaining a quote for moving assistance. My husband was told that he needed to electronically sign a document in order for them to send the quote to us. My husband did as he was requested. We ended up choosing to go with another company. We naturally assumed that not contacting the company back would be a signal to the company that we chose to go with a different company. Out of the blue without any warning or authorization on our part 2 movers show up this morning saying that they were here to pack our stuff. Then we get a call from the company wanting to discuss what happened. We were told that because we signed for the quote that automatically booked us with them. My husband and I were never once told this and the paperwork did not tell us this information. When I said that we chose to go with another company the employee was quite rude and hung up the phone on me. I rated 2 stars as the first person who helped us set up the appointment for the quote was very nice and helpful. The rest of the experience was not good.

The booking process was really easy, and they kept me updated on what their plan was for the arrival time. Their operation is efficient, punctual, fair and the teams they send are very polite and careful with one’s possessions. They were very careful with all our furniture and did a really good job. We really appreciated the great care they took to our furniture and carefully wrapping everything and moving it in to our new home. The movers are great, very funny and listened to anything we suggest. Very Hard Workers!!! Thanks for making a difficult day not so stressful. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks for moving company.

I was very satisfied with their professional service. Everything went smoothly form the begining to the end. Especialy Don Arroyo's profesional help with customs and everything else. I was also very happy with Rainier's business partner in the Czech Republic/EU.

This was hands down the absolute BEST moving experience I've ever had. I reached out to three moving companies for bids. On The Go responded within minutes! At first I thought it was an auto-responder, but it wasn't. It tool 2-3 days to hear back from the others. These guys are responsive, professional, and crystal clear in their communication on price, process, and scheduling. Skot did an exceptional job setting expectations, answering my questions, and even shared some tips on how to prepare to save us time and money. I received additional communication leading up to move day to confirm the appointment which I really appreciated. Four professional, sharp looking guys, arrived on time and ready to go. They took exceptional care of our belongings throughout the entire move. Not a single scratch on anything, not a single mark on the walls at either location, nothing. I don't even know how that's possible! But they did it! I've moved several times with a similar amount of stuff, and On The Move completed the move 3 hours faster than any move I've ever done. Absolutely blown away by this exceptional customer experience from start to finish. I will be referring you guys to everyone I know!
