The Pickup/Packup/Unpack and Drop Off/ we’re good no issues. The issue was trying to get ahold of The Quality Assurance Rep Manger name David. He verbally told me that I would only be charged for the Actual Cubic Feet used. I used 919cf out of 1100cf purchased, which was noted on the paperwork filled out by the pickup crew, apparently the word of the QA Manger David is not trustworthy l, after numerous attempts via call back and email he has not responded. Till this day I still have not got a copy of the Actual contract or Receipt which the delivery POC said that they will send me a copy of it which was my HHGs was delivered the last week of October And still to this day no copy of contract or receipt. As a Retired Military serviceman I Would Not Recommend this establishment to anyone. There word especially from a high ranking person from there company is not there bind. I still call in order to get a copy of paperwork due to me with no kind of resolve. I recommend to all who thinks about hiring this company for you move to record every company phone call and email, they way they are to me is very Unprofessional!

They did a great job! Everything was pack, moved, and unloaded with care. The move was done in a very timely manner.

Rose, who answered the phone when I called, was a rockstar and a guardian angel!!! I hired a moving company to load my trailer in Kent for my move to Alaska and they did not condense my trailer, accruing me an additional $4000 in moving charges. I was already in Alaska physically. I frantically searched moving company in Kent to find someone to go fix my trailer, and Rose took immediate action and walked me through it!!!!! She had a quote for me within an hour and was able to have their crew out there in two days!!! Rose and her manager got me through it, and even took photos of the trailer when their crew was finished. They wrapped fragile items in blankets and paper. When I unloaded my trailer in Anchorage, I was blown away at the service!! Please consider A2B with your next local or "loading a trailer" move. You are going to get white glove service!! Thanks again Rose!!!

I was very satisfied with their professional service. Everything went smoothly form the begining to the end. Especialy Don Arroyo's profesional help with customs and everything else. I was also very happy with Rainier's business partner in the Czech Republic/EU.

They took exceptional care of our belongings throughout the entire move. Not a single scratch on anything, not a single mark on the walls at either location, nothing. I don't even know how that's possible! But they did it! I've moved several times with a similar amount of stuff, and On The Move completed the move 3 hours faster than any move I've ever done. Absolutely blown away by this exceptional customer experience from start to finish. I will be referring you guys to everyone I know!

I hired Adam’s Moving Service because my co-workers raved about them. Now I count myself among those who will be raving about them, too. They were fast(!), friendly, and careful. Great Lunch Spot Went there with my wife. We had mozzarella sticks appetizer. My wife had burger & sweet potato fries. I had spinach & pear salad with chicken added.
