If you’re looking for a company that can make the sun shine on one of the worst events of your year these are the people. They’ll put a smile on ya whether your an ol grouch like me or not. Honestly from the first phone call to the departing handshakes I kept thanking my lucky stars I had found this family owned operation. They were more professional and more personal in all of the interactions we had. I’m in the midst of having to begin a brand new career, but wait there’s more, you must relocate as well. It hasn’t been a pleasant month in my head trying to orchestrate these major changes plus having to find a true pro amidst the pages of listings. I’d like to say I’m an expert but I’m not I was confused by the various people I talked to until I called Cherish. A lovely voice on the other end made it easy for me to understand and feel I had a handle on all that I could expect to have happen, as well as being skilled and wise enough to reassure me that I would be covered for even the things I hadn’t been wise enough to prepare for. Do you but your butt helping others all day long? Wouldn’t it be nice to have someone to go to when you need to be assisted? I expect a lot of myself and of others they surpassed all my checkpoints and then some. But the real gem is they treat you like they personally care that you are satisfied and comfortable with everything. I’d recommend them highly to anyone that loathes moving as much as I do. This was one the most enjoyable transactions I’ve ever experienced of any type. Everything moved and put back together like I’d always lived here, no breaks or loses, no drama. The costs? It was far more reasonable than I had expected from all my shopping. But moving is personal so it is about more than just the dollar sign. I hired them to move a bedroom set from our upstairs to our basement for a remodel. One of the movers was irritated about all of our stairs. He came into our home with attitude and making negative comments as soon as he arrived. I was honest and up front when I called that our home was three stories and even paid an extra fee for the stairs. They were NOT CAREFUL with our furniture at all!! We were left with gouges and scratches on our headboard and a drawer that no longer stays closed on our dresser! They also scraped up our interior painted trim! When they put the bed back together down stairs they didn’t bother lining the frame up or the supports underneath the bed or even putting the mattresses on straight. I was extremely disappointed in the damage to our furniture. I did call the office to file a complaint and was told I would be hearing from Al and I would be getting paperwork to fill out to file a claim. I never heard from them again. If you use them expect them to damage your things and to never hear from them again! I am sorry but this is unacceptable and I certainly will not be recommending or using them again!!

This was honestly the worst experience ever! I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company at all! They were not on time, only 2 of them wore masks and gloves while the other didn't and both my children are medically fragile. I hired them for 2 hours, told them to take the big stuff and they ended up charging me $1006 for 5.5 hours even though they didn't even empty the entire apartment which was only 964 square feet. I stood in my kitchen and cried because it was so horrible. They didn't make any attempt to make it right with me and I ended up having to move everything again because they couldn't manage to put anything where I asked.
