Crew was professional, efficient and personable. The last isn’t necessary but it sure made the day go smoother. The only problem was that many furniture items and several boxes were not numbered. But it appears (so far) we’re not missing anything and all items on the truck belonged to us. Good rep, accurate arrival and safe move.

They did a great job, even putting our mattresses in plastic protective covers, shrink wrapping and covering all the furniture to keep it safe and clean. Very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Out of three company's I talked to they are the best I highly recommend them to all they did a awesome job

I recently bought a house and hired them to fix my foundation and install a vapor barrier in the crawl space. The foundation fixing went fine but the vapor barrier install went poorly. All debris was supposed to have been removed from the crawl space prior to the vapor barrier install. Only a small portion of the debris was removed. Also, the vapor barrier seams were supposed to be taped off. No seams were taped. On top of this the crew damaged piping in the crawl space and attempted to fix it on their own. There were still multiple leaks in the crawl space after they left. I had water pressure issues as well. Don Kennedy said they would hire someone to fix the plumbing, but after days of not hearing back and barely being able to use the shower, I hired someone to fix it on my own. This cost over $300. The general manager at Don Kennedy said that if I sent over an invoice I would be reimbursed. It has been weeks and when I call to follow up, they now hang up on me. Very unprofessional service and I would not hire them.

Best moving experience ever! We've used moving companies in the past that has just made the experience dreadful - bad attitudes, move like slugs etc. These guys were all extremely friendly, courteous, quick movers. They also did an amazing job of handling our things and making sure nothing was damaged. Highly recommend, and I will definitely use them again in the future. Can't say enough good things about them!
