I relocated my 6 bedroom home from FL to CA earlier this year. I’ve used very known names in the past and for some reason the price always changed or something was wrong. So I decided to leave my comfort zone and try something different for a change. I was referred to Diamond Van Lines from our family doctor. Scheduled an appointment with the company for a proper estimate and they were understanding, professional, very informative and made every concern super way to understand. Everything I called or emailed someone always answered and handled every phone call the right way as most moving companies do not. It was large and long move of course. Driver kept in touch with my wife and have her updates along the way. They Arrived on time just as promised and the unloading was easier and much quicker than the loading. In and out as they say. It was only fair to have a pizza party with the guys. If I can give 6 stars I would. Thank you very much DVL

I was moving a truck I had bought from Houston to Jacksonville. Joe (Kelly) scheduled my pickup, worked with the dealer, and ensured proper delivery. We were able to get the truck here ahead of a storm that popped up in the gulf. Great communications throughout the entire process. It was a very simple process, and if you moved and shipped stuff s much as I have, that’s a breath of fresh air. HIGHLY recommend!
I had three cars I had to take from California to Georgia. I reached out a month before the pick up and everything seemed fine, however the week of the pick up I had to call because they had not reached out. When they got back to me they told me a driver would be in contact with me shortly, I received an unknown number phone call while I was away from my phone and thought nothing of it, because there was no voicemail. When I thought about it, I decided to call the unknown number back just in case but no answer. The next morning (the day of the pickup) I got a call at 7 from my dispatcher telling me I should answer my phone because the driver was frantically trying to reach me. However I had no calls coming in and the dispatcher gave me the number to call the driver but agin no answer. Then I spent that whole morning the last day in CA trying to get a hold of anyone including the dispatcher who called me. They called later that afternoon and told me I was getting all these calls from people in the office which never happened and was not honest. He then told me the driver canceled. The day I had to leave and told me I would have to wait a few days for the next person. I wasn’t going to have time because I was moving. I had to get another driver and a friend to deal with it. They were not honest, and difficult to deal with. Just awful
Expeditious. That's the word I am using to describe this company. As soon as my car stalled in Lake Charles, LA as I was en route home to FL, I remembered my sister used a company to tow her daughter's car from TX to NJ: Ship Your Car Now. She promptly gave me their number, so I called them immediately. The intake call was efficient and pleasant - especially for a woman who was in distress about leaving her car three states behind. The gentleman I spoke offered a reasonable price, and comforted me by stating a driver would arrive at the LA location Monday (it was Saturday afternoon) to retrieve my car. Monday! That's fast, y'all! Lo and behold, the transport driver (who was thoughtful and friendly) dropped my car off Tuesday without a glitch. Efficient! Remove all doubts: USE THIS COMPANY! The entire process was smooth and expeditious, which is what you want when your precious vehicle needs to be reunited with you.
Moving sucks, there’s no other way to put it. My company paid for my move from NY to CA so I went with the best. Mike J did a great job overseeing the move. Lisa was awesome at following up and keeping me in the loop. Besides a one day delay the move went well. Even through the midst of this virus they got the job done well and responsibly. I would totally use them again if needed.
