The moving coordinator, Ryan, was the first person I made contact with for my move estimate. Ryan was phenomenal. He is patient and extremely professional. I called several times for various reasons and he also had an answer or a solution. The move itself was amazing! Anthony, the driver and our contact person for the day was a pleasure! He made our move stress free. We had 5 stops, yes 5, and everything went extremely well. The movers were very accommodating and fast. Overall I rated them a 5 and would highly recommend them.

We moved from South Florida to Columbus, Ohio and are extremely happy that we chose American Van Lines for our move. Many of their employees/drivers have worked for them for years, which speaks highly of their organization. Most large moving companies sub-contract all services - buyer beware!!! American Van Lines does NOT do this (or if they do, it does not appear that way to the customer)! From start to finish, our long distance move was smooth! The driver who picked up our belongings also delivered them, and he was THE BEST!!! Request Victor if you can - you won't be disappointed! Both crews who loaded and unloaded were respectful, efficient and very nice. We had a dedicated rep who we could call for anything, and she kept us informed all along the way. For your next move, If you want peace-of-mind at a very reasonable price - choose AMERICAN VAN LINES!

Jennifer and Chris are fantastic. I recently moved from Parkland to Lighthouse Point. I can't say enough good things about the experience. Jennifer was so helpful in the planning stage which she was able to do remotely via Facetime due to the pandemic. Chris and his team were so professional and courteous managing the move while I was holding remote meetings with my office in New York. All at a great price too!
