Joe, was a pleasure to work with for our move in August from MA to FL. His moving team was awesome and professional and they took great care with our items and home. Joe took all the headaches away by coordinating everything for me. Everything arrived safely and on time.

I had Mark’s moving company get all my stuff to my new place on January 3. Fortunately, it was in the same town. The movers arrived on time and walked up to my unit to see how much needed to be moved. Then they got the supplies they needed from the truck and started wrapping all the furniture.

For the number of things that needed to be moved, they did their jobs very quickly and efficiently. I was amazed. At my new place, we have an elevator so it was much easier to get my furniture upstairs. Within 5-6 hours, everything was settled in my new place.

The guys did such a wonderful job wrapping furniture so it would not get damaged, unwrapping it at my new home- and putting it in its new place. The men were all friendly and professional.

I would highly recommend Mark’s moving company. Very efficient company and the cost of the move was very reasonable!

I had to fight them for weeks to get any compensation for the damage they caused.

Unfortunately - we had a terrible experience with this company. My family is still dealing with the repercussions of the lack of management of our local move in October 2024. What's even worse? The company has made no attempts to try and fix any of their mistakes or make right by my family. They have completely ghosted us since receiving their money.

I honestly thought this place was SCAMMING me until my box finally did arrive.
I can't even begin to describe how stressful my experience with this company was. For starters, my box was delayed twice, once due to weather (okay fine) and the second time because a driver quit during the process (WHAT?!) so my things were just on an abandoned truck for a day until they sent someone to get them? THEN when it finally did arrive they had no one to deliver it to me for ANOTHER WEEK. This being a cross country move & me needing my things, I arranged to pick my things up at the storage facility. YOU WOULD THINK my box being late + no one being able to deliver it for yet another seven days, they would issue some compensation... $35 is what they tried to give me for my inconveniences... NEVER use this company...EVER.
