Ocean Springs Moving Companies 2024

Update: The company did not input our pro gear weight so we had to show the paper work to TMO in order to have that adjusted. Luckily that was an easy fix because they wrote the pro gear weight on our paperwork. Not even sure where to begin with this company. We are military and move often, but this was a horrible experience for us. The pre inspector did not listen when we told them they would not be able to fit our HHGs on a truck with another family. The packers brought in items out of our garage and packed them with our kitchen items, bedroom items, and etc. The clothes in our drawers and our linens were just thrown in boxes with toys, and other misc items...they were not left folded. I have everything organized in my home, but it was not packed that way. The packers had 3 days and did not finish so they had to come back on the day the truck was there to load. They could not fit all of our HHGs on the truck because the truck came with another load on it already. We decided to rent a u-haul to carry 3,200 pounds of our HHGs that didn’t fit into the moving truck. There was no way I was having this company come back and pick up the HHGs left and store them until another driver could deliver them. They told us it would be 2-4 weeks before we received our “left behind” items. Our things would have been lost if left in this company’s hands. We would have had a table and no chairs, parts of our beds would have been left, and there was no way I was trusting this company that obviously does not care about other people’s property. If the pre inspector would have listened from the start we could have avoided this problem. As far as the packing some of the packers need additional training. We had one guy that came every day and he was great and the guy that showed up with him on load day was good also.

I have used Mr. Weaver 3 times to move and they have always been

Missing several items from my delivery in Spanish Fort. A dog kennel, and a few other products. The owner was not interested in helping to solve the problem. Just "report it to the insurers" and go on his merry way. The movers were hard workers, though. The one young man was polite and respectful the entire time.

I hear they really appreciate their employees and show gratitude.

Great service, friendly, handled items with care

The crew that packed our home did an exceptional job! They were friendly and helpful during the entire process. Shout out to Jason who organized the packing of the truck as well as the unloading of the truck. Jason rocks! Tristan also helped unload and he was super friendly. He went above and beyond to find my son's game console and tv. I would definitely recommend Marshall Moving for your moving needs!
