Probably a good thing to reach out to customers who have provided you documentation and move out dates that you are no longer in service due to the virus. Its been over 10 days since i provided you my move date and im just finding out by following up with a phone call that you ceased work and i move out in a week. It's common courtesy and professionalism.

Great company...always polite and responsive and the units stayed nice and dry. Absolutely recommend and will use them again.

The guys were great. Not only did they do a fine, professional job moving a 1936 Wurlitzer baby grand but we hit it off immediately and had a wonderful time while the diligently worked. Not only would I recommend them to any and everyone, I will use them again anytime I have something to move. Guys thanks for making our day

We just had a short move from Raleigh to Burlington and these guys did an outstanding job. They were courteous and friendly and even offered to help me move something that was arriving several days after our official move date. Really glad I went with them.

The packers showed up right on time and did an immediate walk through of the house with us so they knew exactly what went. They got to work right away and started loading everything on to the truck. They wrapped all the TV's mirrors, pictures and furniture very carefully and packed it on the truck so that we used the least amount of space possible. By the time it was packed we were only over a tiny bit from the estimate that was given. From the estimate to the finished delivery, the entire Truckin' Movers staff was amazing and very professional. I would highly recommend them for any move!

Ladd & Son provided excellent service and fair pricing for my move across Durham. They arrived early and completed the move quickly and without any obstacles. I am deducting two stars from my review because our movers did not wear masks. This was honestly surprising to me, given that the nature of their work, which involves manual labor (and thus heavy breathing) and given that maintain 6ft distance was not always possible. Furthermore, I was moving out of an apartment complex, meaning other residents on the hallway were put at risk during my move.
