Absolutely loved our crew! They could lift the largest piece of furniture so easily! We had a ping pong table we never thought would make it downstairs and they got it down so easily with zero damage to our new home! Wow! So friendly!

Our movers were efficient and honest. There is a 3 hour minimum and moving what we needed help with wouldn't have taken up that whole time, so they moved many of our smaller boxes as well. They even pointed out an issue with the dryer hookup at our new address, which we would not have noticed if they hadn't shown it to us. You will get above and beyond what you pay for if you go with this company.

We hired this company based off of their competitive price quote and highly rated reviews. We had them move bedroom furniture into a storage unit. The positive was they moved our furniture efficiently and were hard workers. Unfortunately, I was a bit put off by the customer service aspect. Not the friendliest company to work with. We do plan to use them when we have to move our furniture to our home in a month and will update the review accordingly.

Lanes moved us from Findlay Ohio to Madison Wisconsin. We were very pleased with the move. Nikki promptly answered our questions. Mark is very professional and his estimate was very accurate. The moving crew (Steve, Jeremy, Stanley, Steven) was polite and fun to watch and work with! I definitely recommend Lanes for your move!

Joes, Victor, and Hunter made our move from our old home to our new home so quick and easy. We couldn't have done this move without their help. They were even a couple of hours ahead of schedule which was amazing. They made sure that they had everything we wanted to move and they took special care to move it all. It has been just about 2 weeks since my move from IN to FL. Just wanted to say what a great move. Only have a "zillion" Christmas boxes to be opened, but have every confidence there will be no issues, since there has been absolutely nothing broken or damaged so far. The moving guys (6 of them) on the packing and loading end and the three on the unloading and setting up end were friendly, professional, efficient, careful, and understanding of the long move in-store for me. Would highly recommend them for anyone future move. Thank you, John, and your crew. May, 2020 - so its been a year and I have to say that I am missing 3 or 4 boxes. Decorations, kitchen and bathroom items. I know even 3 or 6 months ago when I couldnt find items it was too late to put in a claim. I wish I had made a list and marked the boxes on my own so maybe I would have known they were missing. Just a suggestion for others planning to move. Otherwise it was a good move.
