Called them for help moving a 650lb bathtub for a client to an upstairs master bath. They were there the next day with the equipment and man power to do so. Thank you guys

Booked appointment three weeks in advance to have upright piano moved from main floor of home to basement. Was given price and service window at booking. Took day off work for the appointment.Called to confirm near end of service window, was told that “truck broke” and they might have to cancel the service. I explained it was a move of the piano within the same residence, so no truck was needed. Was told they would check with the driver and call me back. Received no callback, and when I tried to call to follow up, no one answered the phone remainder of the day. Suffice to say I will find a new company and never use congressional piano movers.

Just stopped in today as new customers and had such a great experience. Liz was very warm and welcoming when we entered the building. She was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The office and storage lot are clean and secured. Awesome experience, highly recommend!

The crew that we got was fabulous they worked so hard and they finished the job. We were so grateful for their professionalism and response at such a late hour! Would definitely recommend them!

I was working with a buyer who was purchasing a home that the sellers had one of UNITS storage containers at the home, and my buyer wanted to be certain the UNIT would be moved by her early 9am settlement time. When I called UNITS up what I thought would be after hours and I was sure I would probably get a voicemail, Danielle answered and was very kind and helpful and she made sure that the UNIT would be picked up in time. She also texted and followed up with me the next morning to let me know the driver was on his way to pick it up. She had excellent customer service and I’d recommend them! Thank you!!

Mr. Bob Evans was wonderful with helping me out with my bill details. He was kind and very informative. If I have to call again, I hope to speak to him because of how personable he was.

I can't imagine a better moving company than Wherley Generations.
They moved me from California to Pennsylvania.
Wherley made sure that I was in the loop at every point in the schedule from the first follow-up phone calls in CA to the last day of the delivery in PA.
They sent me information on what the process looked like, what to pre-pack (if desired), and what to be ready for on the day(s) of pick-up and delivery.
I received updates in the form of texts, phone calls, and email, making sure that both I and they were on track.
The pick-up crew were consummate professionals, and had obviously been working together for quite a while. They worked with each other like a military unit.
All of my possessions were wrapped and padded like as if they were their own personal belongings. Even my car was handled with kid gloves, getting its own covered truck, and being padded and anchored at all possible contact points.
The crew were polite, efficient, flexible, and hard working.
They arrived on time each day, and came dressed clean and neat.
It was fun to work with them.
We became good friends in the three days of packing.
As they left, I asked if they could also be my delivery crew. They said that this was possible, as long as I requested it with the office, which I then did.
Many months later, I arranged for my belongings to be delivered to their destination. Again, I was kept appraised of dates, needs, and final charges. I asked for the same crew, and got them. It was like a reunion!
My belongings are now at my Pennsylvania home, and they are all in perfect condition thanks to the care and efforts of Wherley Generations.

Edit: brett himself claimed this is acceptable. He himself also said according to their plowing contract if we get over 8 in every little bit is supposed to be gone. Well it's funny considering not a single town around us got less than nine and a half inches. The management, yes Brett verified this is acceptable. Flood out our storage units with ice dams! Anybody knows how irresponsible this is for plow and a manager to allow. I'm not going to say it any quieter, this manager should be f i r e d immediately before he cost anyone else more property

I know drove through here today and informed me I should probably check on my unit as a solid ice dammed in and potentially flooding.

Well, I'm not sure how I am supposed to check inside my unit to see if it's flooding because I cannot physically in any way possible break through the icebank the snow plow left 2 ft up all of the doors. Why would you even consider plowing if you're going to make it so people can't actually access their units?

Everybody who tries to access their unit should be getting paid if they cannot possibly get into their unit due to management freezing their door into a solid block of ice that was not there until they decided to put it there.
