Cleveland Moving Companies 2024

Quote was much different than the actual results. They took many hours longer than promised and made no consolations. Even though items were marked, they were put wherever. If I could rate them lower than a one (1), I would!

This was my first big move by myself, from Cleveland to Cincinnati, with little help. On their website they stated they do long distance moves, but apparently not so much. I contacted them to inquire an estimated quote of a full service job, etc. to get a better understanding of what I would be working with and to seek suggestions. Whoever I talked to on the phone laughed and belittled me, saying he would do a quote but I "wouldn't be happy." They proceeded to never contact me back with an estimated quote. I have ended up finding friends to assist in the move and now simply need movers, but I will be looking for a moving company elsewhere.

Unbelievably smooth experience moving two rooms of furniture to Columbus. They were on time and very fast! The crew was personable and professional. Before I knew it they were loaded, secured and on their way to Columbus. My son reported the same experience on his end. The bill was less than the quote so that is a bonus! Highly reccomend.

I used to work for this company many years back and I was always impressed with their professionalism and pace. They took their job seriously and handled the customers personal belongings with care and taught me a lot about how to pack safely and properly. Highly recommended

The crew from Kash Moving did an awesome job. David was very polite and asked a lot of questions to understand what we needed. They schedule 2 days with then possibility it would only take one. They showed up early and were extremely polite and respectful. They loaded the truck up very quickly and efficiently , fitting both my storage into the one truck with out causing damage to any of my belongings. They truly worked from 9-5, they worked very hard. When unloading they were extremely careful and communicated with each other when walking up our tight stairs so not to ding up the walls. The three movers that came, gave us some tips about moving boxes into their locations to make it easier for us, even though their advice would make more work for them. They were pleasant, personable and professional. I would highly recommend this moving company!

Movers were professional and knowledgeable. Friendly and efficient. I was concerned because all the pieces were almost 100 years old. Treated them like they were their own.
