First time I ever hired a moving company.....and so glad I did! From my customer service manager, Cris Harmon who was AMAZING to work with and coordinate my move to the 4 man crew who actually moved us. Armstrong Relocation was a godsend!!! They accommodated all our needs and our move went super smooth. The 4 crew members were polite and professional and did a great job moving everything without damaging a thing! THANK YOU Armstrong Relocation!!

I was so nervous to hire movers, but Russ really put me at ease and made me feel like my things were as valued to him as it was to me. The price was more than fair and he stuck to his quote even when things changed. Everything he promised us, he delivered. The morning of our move they called 30 minutes before, arrived on time, and didn't fool around getting our stuff packed. The crew had no issues with packing our things carefully and making sure everything was labeled so when we unpacked we could find everything. I don't plan on ever moving again, but I will always recommend Russ and his crew to anyone who is even considering moving.

Gordon moved our mom from Good Sam's back home. They did a get job and I would highly recommend using them!

We had a wonderful moving experience from this company. We asked for their service last May 30 2020, and we are more than pleased with our moving guys JaDonavin and Jawaan. They both showed an outstanding professionalism and they are always respectful. They have done the job above and beyond. We never encounter any delays and our furniture are all in good shape as they handle it with utmost care. I will recommend this to company to all our friends.

Our son used Good Time Moving & Storage for his move to MI. However his belongings were shipped in a container on Good Time Moving & Storage moving truck. The team arrived on exact time and start loading items which he had packed and labeled a day before. The whole move was finished. Moreover, we got a perfectly reasonable quote. I admire them.

Between realtors, closing attorneys, mortgage brokers, inspectors and everything else we've dealt with during this moving process - y'all have by far been the best to deal with!

Sent movers without experience or muscle. I was helping them which defeated the purpose of us hiring movers in the first place. They went 3 hours over our 2 hour quote even though everything was packed in boxes and broken down. Dropped a brand new computer desk and broke our washing machine. We called while this was happening and got a nasty attitude from the folks on the phone. It’s been over 2 weeks and we still haven’t heard anything about our damage claim and have yet to receive a simple apology. I wouldn’t recommend them to move my enemies.
