Called to have the help us move after hearing good things, spoke with someone who I believe was the owner. Said to call back the next day since it was after hours so I did, said he was in a meeting and would call back never called back. Called again the next day no answer left a voicemail and no return call, guess they don’t need the business enough, not impressed. Ended up taking off work and moving stuff myself.

The movers were friendly, professional, kind, and took care to protect my furniture. I highly recommend them from this experience. Make sure you get everything in writing and take the time needed to do your due diligence.

During the current crisis that our country is going through it was nice that a company was so professional, polite, on time, and energetic. The supervisors that were involved were in constant contact with me keeping me updated as changes came. Being active duty military as well as my wife being active duty military her being deployed, and me having two kids at home trying to move our house and our lives across the country this company made it extremely easy. I could not be happier with our experience and would recommend them every time. This was my first time transferring across the country I hope it was my last but if I have to do it again I hope I get the same company Clark transfer and storage company.

After receiving numerous quotes from moving companies in the Hampton Roads area we chose Harrison's because of their professionalism and value. To begin, their initial quote was CONSIDERABLY less than every other moving company, proving that they are seasoned movers who know what they're doing. While the final bill was slightly higher than the quote (no initial quote will be 100% correct), it was still almost $700 cheaper than the next lowest initial quote. We had the pleasure of working with Mike Carrithers, their Sales Executive, during the entire moving process. I cannot commend Mike enough for his professionalism, understanding, and flexibility during our closing process. Unfortunately, our closing was pushed several times because of forces outside of our control, and Mike made sure the Harrison's team was ready when we were. The Harrison's packing team were fast, efficient, professional, polite, and most importantly, careful with our belongings. A team of four ladies, Candice, Trellis, Gabriella, and Tamara packed up my entire house in less than 6 hours. We were very impressed. The moving team consisted of William, Sam, Oliver, and Carlos. Like Mike and the packing team before them, they were fast, efficient, professional, polite, and careful with our belongings. We were pleasantly surprised that they were able to get all the furniture from the 2nd floor down the stairs without scratching or digging into the recently-painted stairwell walls. Overall, my experience with Harrison's was phenomenal at every step. I would recommend them to everyone planning a move, whether local or long-distance.
