Two moves with these guys and we've been happy with both! This week Charles, Jose, Brian and Ethan packed us up. They were on-time, courteous & respectful of our house and things. They were a great team to work with!

This is the best moving experience I have ever had!!!! Customer service exceeded my expectations! Everyone was friendly, kind, on time and treated and packed my things as they would their own! They took extra care packing, loading and unloading my stuff. The price was great and well worth it! I just moved today and used Jay’s Moving Company. In 2.5 hours they moved a 3 bedroom house full of furniture from our old house to our new house. The owner, Jeffrey Washington, brought a crew of three strong young lads who worked their tails off! They were all very courteous and professional and really careful with our stuff. They even helped me take the legs off my heavy electric baby grand AND put them back on at the new house. I was also really impressed with all of their knowledge of how to move furniture (there are right and wrong ways to do it, they did everything right!) I really appreciate Jeffrey’s ability to accommodate us with only a week’s notice, and they came all the way up from Everett to Bellingham to move us. (FYI, we moved 0.8 of a mile, so at least we weren’t moving very far.) I HIGHLY recommend Jay’s Moving and Cleaning Company. Thank you Jeffrey!

Not impressed. When the movers came to load the truck they found several items that were behind boxes that didnt get packed at all by this packing company! Very disappointed.
