I normally love to recommend moving services to my friends. After this one I can't say I'll be doing the same. Judging off these guys price I felt I would still be okay because what could actually go wrong? Everything went wrong! This is my 3rd time using such a service and this was by far the worst. I moved 9 minutes away and have standard large items and a queen size adjustable base, 2 twin size beds and a queen size. I also had everything packed in boxes. It took them 12 hours to complete the job. They had to take two trips because they forget their tools at my 1st home
And my refrigerator. I was still on the clock. They sent a injured worker to do my move and we were at their mercy on the hourly rate. They broke my 65 inch tv, a dining room chair, and left minor damage to my walls. All of this was a fear of mine had I done the job myself which is why I hired them in the first place. Truthfully their rate seemed appealing but do yourself a favor and pay the extra $50/hr with other higher rated companies. I will be seeking legal action but it may be a waste of time because they seem to be not licensed. I've tried to work with them and resolve this but Herson is not helpful and has not returned my messages on the status of the damages.

The price was good, however, not all of our items showed up. Our containers were opened with numerous items missing. Our Rep Brady did not return our call or email.

They gave us a price on our vehicle and I have to say Matson was fabulous getting the vehicle to CA, however, it sat for 3 weeks before they Guaranteed Price Movers rep Regal Auto Transport was horrible. They increased the price to ship it, and charged for storage fees while my vehicle sat waiting for them to ship it.

We should have known, when we had to pay a deposit of $100 for them to give us a quote. The initial agent never returned our call, so I cancelled shipping with them. Major problem - they wouldn't refund our $100 deposit so we couldn't ship with anyone else.

Tim & Misha were amazing! They made our move so quick & really took it upon themselves to help where needed (including taking tv mounts down when they didn’t need to). We’re SO grateful & will definitely be using DreaMoving on our next move.

Cesar and his crew were amazing! They helped me move from storage to my house. They were extremely diligent and made sure everything was done efficiently and faster then I expected. Kim really helped prepare me for how best to handle the move without stress. I would highly recommend Remington to anyone who is extremely worried about protecting their items and getting it done stress free.

I'm leaving this review for the pick up portion of my cross-country move. The guys were friendly and very efficient. Everything looks like it was packed correctly. I'll update this review with the entire experience including delivery speed, damage, missing boxes, etc.

The crew showed up on time and worked really fast to wrap up my furniture pieces, load and unload them. Two big, heavy pieces had to go up narrow stairs, and the two guys did great managing the tough job.
