We all know, it’s going to be both emotionally and physically exhausting to have to clean out a Parent’s home. I was overwhelmed until Justin came to help.
He is kind, caring and beyond competent to take care of every need. Moving stuff, selling stuff and cleaning it all out. He quickly and efficiently made our mountain of stress disappear!

BAD EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END!!!

This man named “Kenneth” kept calling my phone over and over again after repeatedly being ignored as I wasn’t able to talk. When I got agitated and told him to stop calling he continued to call incessantly. His text says untied movers however the email he sent me had this company attached. I’ve attached photos to the business page. Harassment is not the way to earn someone business.

Stephanie at Public Storage / Easy Street Simi Valley is an excellent property manager. I want management to know they’ve ‘scored’ with Stephanie; she’s what every business owner is seeking to represent their business. I’ve needed storage for my work and went looking at multiple companies but didn’t quite feel right. Then I called PS on Easy Street. On the phone Stephanie was efficient, clear with options, prompting me to set an appointment for a viewing. When I arrived, she knew who I was, showed me available units, answered my questions, and within minutes I rented a unit. As I was leaving she handed me a card with her name and office phone number. The personalization gave me confidence and a positive feeling about safety etc. I’ve been to my unit multiple times, and the facility is always neat, tidy, and safe. I was even here during a power outage, and it was fine. Today, I have just rented another unit (moving my elderly mother’s residence). When the issue came up of what to do with excess furniture, I didn’t hesitate. I called Stephanie told her what I needed, and voila! Immediate solution. Highly recommend.

Non responsive. They did not answer their phone, so I filled out an online form. An automated quote came back. I replied with 2 basic questions, and it took them more than 2 days to respond, and that response was for me to call them at the number they didn'tpick up the first time, without answering my question in writing. Very shady, and poor customer service.

If speed is important to you, look elsewhere.

they came to my house and gave me a free estimate, no other company would nor did. they were great guys and the whole day went by very smoothly. i would recommend this company to any and all my friends or family.
