Terrible experience. My tv and three lamps were broken, they lost a chair, and my mattress was somehow missplaced for 9 days. When I received it, it was water damaged and covered in black mold. I was told to file a claim which took months and then was reimbursed around $100 for all the damages. During this time, I was told that I HAD to keep my mattress (again, covered in mold) & all other broken things until the case had resolved. Frustrating and insulting. The folks I interacted with were great, but the systems put in place to manage my move were not successful.

These guys provided my senior citizen mother with an EXTREMELY unsatisfactory moving experience and, when she posted an honest review, she received an extremely threatening (and barely coherent, this dude is not the sharpest tool in the shed) email from Anthony, the owner, threatening her with a SLAPP lawsuit. Find another company to move you, and check their Yelp reviews to see why this garbage company has over 4 stars on Google. Hint: there’s a big warning that pops up saying “this company may utilize legal threats to influence reviews”
Danit was such a great help she help me ship my car from Georgia to San Fransisco. I wanted an enclosed Carrier for my 68 Chevy and I felt like I really received the white glove treatment from her and her team. Will be using them again!
Paid Griffin moving and storage a premium to deliver during a holiday week. Goods were not delivered until 2 weeks later. Now they won’t pay back the premium. Horrible service with no resolution! Will never use them again.
New management Francine is an asset to Top Not h movers! PRICE FOR LONG DISTANCE MOVE: After reading the “great” reviews, I decided to proceed forward. The price for the 1 bedroom was feasible. I wrapped , labeled and boxed up everything myself with the exception of the furniture. PICKUP: I did a long distance move and after reading the “great” reviews, I decided to proceed forward. The movers came smelling like weed and proceeded to wrap up my furniture. I took pictures of my furniture before pick up and upon delivery. DELIVERY PUNCTUATION: I was told I’d get a 48 hrs notice before delivery and that didn’t happen, they called the day of and I had to deny the delivery and reschedule for a different day. (Beware as they will charge you for rescheduling, they didn’t for me because I argued the 48 hr notice) the reschedule date they were hours late, DELIVERY QUALITY: With the labeled boxes saying “living room” , “bedroom” etc. , they just tossed everything in one room. They also did not put the legs on the sofa which I had to do myself. Upon delivery My sofa and accent chair came with what appeared to be a yellow liquid stain, I thought it was urine. A box was also open with missing items. The missing items were inexpensive so it didn’t bother me too much but still. POST DELIVERY: When I called, Charlie (old management who is no longer there) said for me to file a claim. Francine (new management) called me and her customer service was amazing. She apologized and make things right. WOULD I RECOMMEND: yes
