Zero stars. Movers were laying down on our mattress foam during the move. I had to move heavy items myself and then when I started complaining, they started recording us on their phones in our own homes without our knowledge. Spoke with the president and ceo and he did not seem to care. I will not use them again and will always vet movers in person before they come in my house. Beware!

Im a truck driver and have delivered to this place many times and they always unload me early and philip the manager is very nice as well as all the warehouse workers, i wish all the loads i deliver cod be this easy

Giving them one star pains me. We had many items MISSING after our move, including pieces of furniture, medication, and undergarments - two weeks with zero returned calls for resolving. I’ve called 12 times and received ZERO responses. I was given the run around by the office ladies for a full week and now complete silence for an entire week further. After posting on my own Facebook, I had several people I know make comments of how they were awful with them as well, including property damage and refusing to contact them back. As a local real estate agent I will advise my brokerage and all of my clients to steer very clear of Jay’s Moving. I advise you to do the same.

Super happy I went with Soft touch moving. Very professional and punctual. They are very good at communicating and they even showed up early. Also 30 years of experience offering lots of helpful tips as well. Great experience overall.

Wonderful experience! They moved us out of our home and into a storage unit and then again two months later into our new home. They worked very fast! Friendly and took great care of our items. They also did a great job protecting our home with plastic down on the carpet and protecting doorways and stairs. Great job!!! Highly recommend!

I am happy with my experience with Morse Moving, especially because this was my first time using a moving company and because it was a long distance move. Price was similar to other companies, but there were factors that set them apart from competitors. For example, they were more accommodating with scheduling, offered free used moving boxes, were very responsive, were extremely punctual, and were kind, patient individuals all across the board. I had a few items with slight damage upon delivery, but I attribute it to the cross-country move in the semi. They were very careful with my stuff. I would recommend and would also use again if needed.

We were extremely satisfied with the service and price we got for our recent move. They worked very hard and never had a complaint and what they do is extremely hard. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our pack crew was Jordan D, Devlin J, Christian M and Lindsey Y, and our load crew was Jordan, Luis, and Charlie and they were all very kind and got the job done without any issues. We saw that they were careful with more expensive items. The loading process did take a little longer than we expected, but other than that, there was no problems. I recommend this moving company :)

They were super quick and careful with my stuff. I didn't have much, but it was still awesome to have everything unloaded into my top floor apartment in under an hour!
